Hampton Inn & Suites National Harbor/Alexandria Area

Hotel is centrally located and within walking distance to all of the restaurants and shops at the National Harbor. The room was suitable for our stay. I reached out to the front desk to ask whether breakfast was included with our room rate and never received a reply. We enjoyed our visit and would stay again.

Perfect location! We were on the 9th floor and could see the wheel from our room. Modern rooms, nice breakfast in the morning, and super friendly staff. Parking is behind the hotel. If anyone in your party has difficulty walking, i suggest dropping them off and parking afterwards. Once you have checked in, there is a back door that leads to the parking deck for easy entrance/exit.

Rooms were very nice and clean, in fact the entire hotel was very clean and looked new.
The service was great.
And the location was incredible!!!

The breakfast however was TERRIBLE. But I would highly recommend this hotel if you're in the area.

This was our first time not getting a room at the Gaylord for Magfest but we may be switching hotels. The Hampton was wonderful and provided continental breakfast! The room was nice and the hotel was quiet.

All employees were super nice and helpfull. Everything was crean. You can see them working at all times. The hotel location is great! Near Everything. The price of the parking was very reasonable.

Less expensive than the MGM Grand. Right across the street from a convention hall that was lit nicely for Christmas. Room was nice. Price was reasonable. Location was literally down the street for food and nightlife.

Front Desk Staff is Excellent ! They greeted us with smile as we walk in, very knowledgeable & friendly. The rest of Staff worker were helpful & kind as well. Location was perfect, a lot to do at the National Harbor for young, old. Hampton Inn & Suites had complimentary breakfast & parking is much less than other hotels.

For the location this is a great value! The beds are not the most comfortable and the pillows are awful! With that I would suggest asking for additional pillows and that should solve that problem! The breakfast eggs were always on point and stay away from the turkey sausage, blah, no flavor! Hampton if you read this please, figure out something with more flavor. The staff was amazing and knowledgeable and even tried to get me checked in early, but the hotel was booked as I was there on a busy weekend. Overall its a budget deal with a good location.

I loved this hotel! It is so comfy! The lobby and the rooms made me feel right at home. The staff are nice, breakfast and coffee are good, and the location is very convenient to restaurants and the harbor pier.

Wonderful hotel with great staff. It's super close to everything fun to do in National Harbor and it's an added bonus that it's dog friendly. The continental breakfast was great and easy to grab on the go. Rooms were clean and very nice. Parking was also super easy and right next-door. Would recommend for sure.

Mary at the front desk was very pleasant and accommodating when my room wasn't ready. I arrived really early but Mary provided a few options for me. The hotel was VERY clean and the staff was always cleaning. Breakfast workers were very nice and kept everything stocked. Breakfast was good and the breakfast area was very spacious. The 2 bed queen suite is very big. Great location walking distance to harbor and restaurants. I will definitely be back!

The staff at this hotel deserves an award! Every person I met was so helpful and friendly. My room was very clean, the check-in process was seamless, and storing/picking up my luggage after checkout took less than one minute each way. I was staying there for work and not focused on my hotel stay, but the incredible staff really made me stop and appreciate how nice it was. I would highly recommend choosing this hotel over others in the same price range if you're planning a trip to National Harbor. Thank you for a lovely stay and kudos to the staff and management!

Great hotel to stay if you're in or around national harbor. It's as close to the Gaylord as you can get without paying all those resort fees. Clean, excellent customer service, good variety of breakfast options. Like everything else, the prices are higher than before but still great value.

Right across the street from my son's graduation. Very clean. The gym was small, which I liked. Cool pool. We didn't get to go in it, we were taking in the sites. Highly recommend!!👍

This was my second time staying down at the national harbor in two years. The first time I stayed at a more expensive hotel, this time, I wanted to try somewhere else to save money. I must admit I saved money and everything else remains the same for quality. I was satisfied with my room and the customer service. Everything was clean. My wife told me they had a Continental breakfast; to my surprise, it was a full breakfast. You could make waffles or have muffles, eggs, potatoes, and sausage. I was truly impressed. I will be staying for my next year's stay again.

This is our first time visiting National Harbor. The rooms are very welcoming and up-to-date. The staff is friendly.

Had a wonderful stay here, loved every bit of it! Would definitely stay here again. I had the King Bed Room and it was so spacious (something I definitely didn't expect), so much room to walk around and not feel claustrophobic. The staff were very pleasant and friendly at all times and this hotel DEFINITELY took safety measures VERY seriously. Cleaning was definitely happening here and everywhere you looked it was Hand Sanitizer and wipes. I especially likes the wipes in the breakfast area where you can wipe down your table if you'd like. This hotel had HOT breakfast in abundance (which I appreciated...others hotels I stayed in didn't), had a store open 24/7 in the lobby and the business center was a nice touch. Whatever you needed the hotel provided. Hotel amenities are: Spacious rooms, Pool area, Business Center, breakfast. Etc. I liked also how the garage where your car is..is covered and they just charge you $20 for each night. At least you know your car is safe and I had a room with a view. They also have an ice machine as well. Book here you won't be disappointed.

The ckeck in process was painless and we were able to get into the room earlier than advised. Everything was very neat and clean, the room was fresh smelling and the bed inviting. The front desk staff were on point during check in, anytime I stopped with an inquiry and at check out. The atmosphere was inviting and customer service was outstanding. The complimentary breakfast was hot with a good variety of foods and there were attendants present to ensure the food was hot and plentiful. The reviews highlighting how highly the Hampton Inn and Suites is rated are truly valid. I totally enjoyed my stay.

Really a nice hotel with great staff. Parking is in a parking deck at $24/daily rate, but through this hotel, you have in/out privileges. Rooms clean, indoor swimming pool but no hot tub. Very nice breakfast.

I did not stay at the hotel, but a couple weeks ago I was with a friend who uses a motorized wheelchair. After UniverSoul Circus ended, we could not get an Uber or a cab and went inside to ask if they had a list of taxi companies. Tanga, at the front desk, went above and beyond to assist us with calling companies until we finally got one that was MVA accessible. I wanted to leave a review to let her and management know how much we appreciated her help and what a great person she is.
