Cliff and John B. At the Winston-Salem Hanes Mall Blvd. store helped us a few weeks ago with selecting and purchasing a washer, dryer and fridge. They were so professional and super fun to with with. We really appreciated their help and how hard they worked to help us find an exactly what we needed. Great guys and a great experience!

I Love Lowe's I have had their Credit Card for decades. This store is Huge. When I went in I was expecting to see just another Lowe's. Boy was I wrong this place is enormous. I had been in here years ago and it seem cluttered. Now it looks like someone must straighting up all the time. I guess it has something to do with the store manager. She must be good at her job and really care. Kudos to Lowe's upper management for putting her in charge. (Saw her picture) Keep up the hard work it shows.

Great store, really nice workers, especially the guy that helps make the keys. His name escapes me but employees can really make or break a store and Lowes has great employees. Also very clean, always have what I want too!

I was at the Lowe's store today to buy a few items. A Halloween skeleton caught my eye and I had to have him. The only one I saw was the display. A very nice employee Kendall was in the paint section and tracked down the manager asked if we could buy the display and then located a ladder to take said display down for me. He deserves a huge bravo for customer service and a raise! Thank you kind sir!

Zach and other workers helped me get my small utility trailer and get the correct paperwork so I could register it. They were very helpful and nice. Lowes is awesome

The store is clean and organized except for the section that sells the wood boarders that customers are allowed to cut for themselves

Went in the store and right to what I needed a d back out in just a few minutes no issues at all.

I bought paint and the folks in that department were kind and helpful. Easy experience!

I ordered a new microwave oven online Friday evening and it was there for pickup Saturday morning and they texted me it was ready for immediate pickup.

It's very large with lot of items.

Much better than normal experience. While wandering aimlessly searching for a solution to an unusual issue I was asked if I needed help. I explained my problem and wasn't just pointed in the direction I might find the items I needed I was escorted more that halfway across the huge store by 2 associates. Arriving in the plumbing dept "Steve" was summoned. Steve understood my problem better than even I did and immediately proposed the correct solution. Bravo Steve and Lowe's. Thank you. Great experience!!!

They have a phenomenal pro desk and curbside pickup crew!

So happy with the sales associate in returns this morning!! I’ve had a light fixture for over 5 months (don’t judge) I had to patch a wall and paint. *Then decided on a different fixture. Anyways, store credit and I was on my way. Thank you 😊

The West Winston Lowe’s on Hanes Mall Blvd. is one of the best I have been in. The staff have always been so helpful the 6.5 years I have been going there (including someone in the lighting section helping me fix one of my outside lights from a picture of it!) The in store pick up crew is fast and friendly! Today I had an in store pick up and since I checked in on the app, a very nice staff member brought it to my car instead. That was above and beyond. I’ve made 3 trips this weekend as I prep to move and I can’t say enough good things about the crew there. Thank you, Lowe’s!

I love Lowes, always have! This visit was an online order for garden dirt. Very convenient to pull up, load up! Only complaint I have is that I presumed I'd get a pallet of bags, did not happen, 50 loose bags to unload but I'll continue using this process. So easy & convenient, prices great.

Call this whine to shine. I checked online for an item, and found there was only one left. I called the store, and had someone physically confirm the item was there. I asked to reserve the item, and was told to place an order online to secure the item, which I did. Later that afternoon I arrive at the store only to find that my order had been canceled an hour after I had placed it. Because they sold the item to someone else. I was extremely unhappy to say the least. Fast forward to Adam, a store ASM, steps up to see if he can find the item at any other store. None was available, but they did have a somewhat similar item on hand that would do in a pinch. Adam agreed to a fair discount on the substitute item, and I went home satisfied. Retail is a hard place to be even under ideal circumstances, and these days are far from ideal. Even so, some people still manage to shine through the darkness. And for that I am thankful. Thanks again Adam, to you and your co-workers for making things right.
