The Provolone Cheese Steak Sub with Tater Tots was Fresh, Hot and Delicious! The Strawberry Shakedown Drink was Very Refreshing!

Loved the vibes and atmosphere of this place, great colors and very eye-catching interior design.

Service was fast and the waitress friendly, but she made a mistake in our order and instead of half a hoagie she brought us a whole one. She offered to take it back to the kitchen, but it didn't matter much so we kept it.

Great variety in beers and IPAs with funny names!

The spinach with apples salad was great and the vinegar-apple sauce very yummy but a bit on the expensive side since it was kinda small for $14(?).

The chicken and pineapple hoagie was also super tasty and filling and we were glad to see some more original options and combinations. Maybe they could change the bread at some point into something with more personality, but that wasn't much of an issue.

The Mighty Meaty was the BEST in the Carolinas ! I travel throughout both states, and the Winston-Salem location has the most superb taste for some reason ! So much crispy bacon, delicious honey ham, sausage like out of this world and just the right amount of pepperoni tonight. The pizza sauce was balanced between sweet and tomato tangy so I make sure to order extra for dipping the crust. The large pizza was so big, it was hanging off the sides of the pizza tray, no dough bubbles either 😊

I had every intention of leaving with a to-go box. That plan was foiled. The smash burger was amazing. To die for.

Love this place a lot. Had my first experience with Mellow Mushroom in Virginia, didn't know that there was one here for a few years. We've recently started going because my partner doesn't like to get food unless I can get something too. They have Gluten-free pizza! It's great! It's thin crust, so if you prefer a different crust, I don't know if they can provide it, but they're super nice and if you have an allergy they'll run it through a separate oven for you.

We love the meat lovers pizza, I didn't ask the curst, I think, was whole-wheat was very good. We were able to sample the beer that would go with the pizza. Very clean, everybody's happy while working. I love it.

Stopped here for lunch with my brother and sister in law...it was a great meal! We had the Pacific Rim pizza, and it was more than enough for us. The service was great, the ambiance was relaxing, and we enjoyed the music they played over the speakers...definitely recommend Mellow Mushroom!

Had a great time at the movies ( a/perture ) then at the Mellow Mushroom in downtown Winston Salem. Food was excellent. So was the ambiance.

Sunday, wait wasn't bad at all, less than 10 minutes. Food was hot and delicious 😋 Waiter, Ozzy, was very sweet and on the ball. Great lunch!

Good food and great vibe! I would suggest thier salads,wings and the philly chicken sandwich. Went out to dinner with my friends and we enjoyed our meal. Went to the National Black Theater Festival and was soo happy to see this was less than 3 blocks away from the hotel!

Very delicious large thin crust beef pizza with extra sauce. Was gone in 10 minutes! Will order again and again!

Great pizza, very friendly bartender, within easy walking distance of the Marriott hotel. I definitely recommend the Holy Shitake Pie if you like mushrooms at all because the pizza was amazing! And there were tons of great beer choices, perfect for anyone who likes beers on tap.

Brought a crowd of employees after a conference at the Benton Convention Center and the employees at Mellow Mushroom were very accommodating. The food and drinks were absolutely incredible. Thank you for everything

Great service! Waitstaff were very helpful in making suggestions, food was incredible, and the place has a nice funky vibe. Conveniently located right around the corner from tje Marriott Winston-Salem.

The atmosphere inside is very nice and the staff are present and kind. After having a great time I forgot my phone and one of the staff caught me before I went too far downtown and hand delivered it back to me. That's a step above and deserves recognition.

The pizza here is delicious, not salty, and not boring. It was my second visit, and it was nice that there were a lot of people and they kept refilling drinks.
