S/o to the waitress ( Destiny) for msking my first experience here memorable. Her recommendations were spot on and she was extremely professional. The food was so delicious 😋.

Absolutely incredible. I have a very hard time finding a restaurant that justifies the expense. If I can make it better at home, I’m not going. However, Cin Cin has far exceeded my expectations. Every. Single. Bite. Was phenomenal. We shared hummus, chicken and waffles, and mild wings. My only criticism would be that the pita was a little overcooked. Other than that. All the chicken was incredibly juicy and tender. The breading on the chicken and waffles wasn’t too crisp and it really complimented the waffle and syrup. Overall an incredible meal. We will be going back, probably for dinner!

Come to Cin Cin Burger Bar for some good food and fun, prohibition-era ambiance! We ordered the No Money-No Honey burger and the Hawaiian cowboy burger, and both were excellent. The patties were large--1/2 lb--and quite filling, and cooked perfectly. The burgers come with a size, and the flapper fries were delicious--soft but also having a crispy edge. Their old fashioned and bees knees cocktails were very reasonably-priced at $12 and $11 respectively, and had alcohol! The food arrived quickly, and the waitress was attentive at first, but then seemed to want us out in a hurry, not even offering us additional beverages. If you come, I recommend adding your name to the waiting list, which you can do 15-20 mins before your arrival; that saved us a lot of waiting when we went out for dinner on a Saturday! We didn't try one of their milkshakes, but we will have to return because they sounded delicious!

We recently celebrated the birthdays of a couple of family members. We had a group of 18 and were seated in the patio area. We had plenty of space, and it was great for the small children we had in our party.
The food was delicious and was served to us in a timely manner, from the appetizers to the fabulous milkshake creations at the end of the meal. The "Saganaki" Apollo Flame appetizer is delicious and dramatically presented! If you're a cheese lover, you won't want to miss this!

Destiny was our waitress and she was perfect! Very inviting, always had a smile on her face, and very helpful with questions regarding the menu! The food came out quickly, was hot, and delicious! The milkshakes were amazing! Also, the restrooms were very clean and the smell reflected it as well! This place nailed it!

This is one of my favorite restaurants in winston. You can’t go wrong with anything on the menu. I really love the bang bang shrimp as an appetizer, the chicken and waffles, any of the burgers, or the chicken sandwich. I’ve never had a bad meal here.

Briana D. was the absolute BEST server we've had in awhile. She was so helpful and attentive AND PATIENT! This was a great way to celebrate my birthday. The food was delicious and it was so good that I did not get to take pictures. The Pickle Bang Salmon burger was absolutely delicious. The eggplant fries... the perfect appetizer!!! We will definitely be returning and asking for Briana!!! She made this birthday celebration special. Excellent, above and beyond service!

My husband and I were looking for a place to eat that was vegetarian friendly while visiting Winston-Salem. I came across this restaurant and checked out the menu. We decided it looked friendly enough and made our way over there. When we got there the menu was even more vegetarian friendly than I even thought! We ordered the gorgonzola fries as an appetizer and I ordered a burger for my meal but was able to replace it with their garbonzo bean burger. It was served with an au jus sauce for dipping. When the kitchen staff brought our food out she informed me that the au jus was made with beef and offered to bring it back to the kitchen. I truly appreciated that she took the time to notice my meal was vegetarian. We will definitely be back!

This place is amazing, if you haven't already been, it is a must!!! I had the St. Patrick's Ruben and my guests had a French dip and an Angus burger. Salad and wedge fries were also delicious. The atmosphere is clean and cozy. A hip vibe for sure. Full bar too. The servers are super attentive and very nice. We will definitely be back.

It was a last minute suggestion from a friend that brought me here. The menu was different and everything looked great.

We chose to go with a Hawaiian Cowboy Burger and the Mac and Cheese. The meal had all the flavors expected from reading the menu.

I would recommend this place. The only suggestion to improve the food to a five star would be a well cooked burger. Not knowing the restaurant, I ordered it medium well. It was very mixed throughout with most being medium or less.

The best burger, fries, and shakes we've ever had! The menu is so amazing that we want to make the 3 hour drive back to try *everything*. Chicken and waffles, chicken sandwiches, burgers, shakes, mixed drinks, and more. The burgers and shakes were *so good*. We had the salted pretzel and cinnamon bun shakes. The "sidewinder" fries are thick and perfectly seasoned. I had chili on the side with my burger and it goes really well with the hot chips and ranch. Excellent service and a great atmosphere as well. This place is truly an experience!

first time coming here & we had a great experience, our server Douglass was very friendly and was very attentive and the food was delicious 😋 we will be back!

I enjoyed how the place was. The staff was nice. Meal was hot and tasty.

Went with a friend for an early dinner and was not disappointed. We started with a flaming cheese appetizer which was super fun as they light it at the table…and tasty too! And followed it up with two unique burgers. My friend got the nutty burger with a spicy Thai inspired peanut sauce and said it was wonderful. I got the Hawaiian style and found the grilled pineapple mixed with the kick of pepper Jack just the right combo. We shared a pretzel caramel shake for dessert! Our waiter was kind and helpful in describing dishes and insights on what to order. They had several large groups flow in from what appeared to be a church event nearby and staff easily accommodated and turned tables as they worked with the large groups too.

The milkshakes are amazing! My husband and myself have been there two times most recently, and definitely will go back!

The ambiance was really cool. Very eclectic with a 20's feel. Staff were very nice.

Adult milkshakes were Freaking Amazing!!! Fantastic balance of sweet flavors and you could also tell they didn't skimp on the alcohol but it wasn't overpowering.

The food was delicious but the champagne sauce with the onion rings had a strong vinegar taste so just be aware because it looks like it's going to be sweeter like mayo or aioli.

Will Definitely be going back to try more of their small plates & drinks!

My friends and I had a solid experience here. Ana (I believe) was our waitress and helped us figure out what we wanted since the menu as a whole was very exciting. I settled for the Juice Joint Dipper which was delightful and finished the meal off with the Dry Cinnamon Bun Fun milkshake which featured a miniature cinnamon roll in the bottom. Overall we all enjoyed our food and didn’t have long of a wait to be seated. We had a conversation about traditional southern cooking styles with Ana while paying our bills which only added to the experience.

This was my second visit to Cin Cin, and I must say both visits were amazing!!! The service, ambiance, and the food are outstanding! The flavors compliment each other very well! My four year old devoured his burger, too! Whenever we visit Winston Salem, we will always go here to eat!

Update: As stated before, we LOVE Cin Cin! The food, staff and atmosphere never disappoint. I love the art deco ceiling and the decor. Our son still loves Cin Cin too.

Took Mom there for a late lunch. We started with the pretzel sticks - they were great! Both of us had salads, mine with grilled chicken... They were fresh and the dressings were excellent (Blue Cheese & Russian). The beer was cold & the iced tea was fresh. Waitresses could have been more attentive but we got their attention when we needed refills.
