I am impressed by the quality of the work. The front end damage was repaired and even the paint and pinstripping match perfectly with the original.
I do wish they had asked me if I wanted to replace the old headlight to match the new one.
I would have paid to replace it as it's the only thing that is noticeably different.
But I am completely satisfied with the repairs the did.

After my 2015 Silverado seemed to be having problems…… one thing after another, with terrible “fixes” from a different dealership, we decided to drive out and take a look at vehicles at Parks. It was pretty dark, cold, and had been raining so we didn’t think we would find anyone to talk to but we still wanted to take a look at what they had. Fortunately Bryan K. was there and was so professional and helpful from the start. After giving Bryan a run down of what has been going on, he was more than willing and excited to help. We stayed outside for a bit so he could understand what kind of vehicle I was looking for and which ones stood out to me. We then went inside to exchange information so we could keep in touch about the possible vehicle/s I was interested in. He was able to send me direct links to those specific trucks, so I didn’t have to search the website for them. Bryan is the type of salesman who isn’t strictly business, he takes the time to get to know you, and is a pleaser to talk to! Very personable and professional at the same time! We came back the next day was able to look and check out all the trucks I was interested in, gave us so much information on each one! Once we found the one, it was a smooth process from there! Bryan, Ty, and Larry definitely all deserve recognition! Everyone we interacted with was so friendly and always smiling! I rolled into your service department about 12:30 PM on Aug. 14, 2023. I was noticing issues with my transmission and needed help determining what was going on. As it turned out, I needed a new transmission. Luckily, you had one in stock and you guys had it installed and ready for me before noon the next day. I have to give special thanks to Anderson, Essence and your transmission specialist for the tremendous job they did on getting me back on the road so quickly. Those three people are shining stars in my book! I know your tech worked late to get me on the road as promised. Please make sure he knows that I am very appreciative of his efforts. The customer service that Essence and Anderson provided was superb and they should be recognized for that. So, I need to extend my gratitude to all three of them for their fine work and their dedication to their jobs and company.

Zeb was our sales guy. He was very informative and willing to make sure we found what we were looking for. If he didn’t know he would find out from Ivan. Ivan even stopped to help us on his way out to going home to finalize the deal.
The next day we picked up the Tahoe Zeb was delivering another vehicle to a customer, so Angel stepped in to help us get everything ready with OnStar. Angel was very informative on some features, and also was able to fill the Tahoe up for us.
Sihem was available even though we were not his responsibility as his customer. Every time we entered the building and he seen us he asked if we needed help with anything. He definitely went out of his way to make sure we didn’t need anything.

Overall great experience! The process was so smooth and everyone I met was extremely helpful! I never felt pressured to purchase anything I didn’t want. I was greeted with honest answers and awesome staff.

Ken Bridges was great to work with and the finance team did a great job securing the loan terms I wanted. I would definitely buy another vehicle from Parks Chevrolet!

It was a great experience with Ken Bridges . I do however recommend Parks Dealerships change the way they advertise for pricing and upgrades. I spoke to a few people prior ant multiple parks dealerships and they mentioned people are upset that the price they are shown online and the actual price is different with upgrades. I believe you will get better feedback if you’re just open and honest about the bottom line price instead of showing the MSRP and then telling people it’s actually not 50k it’s 80k with the upgrades. Just post it as 80k. Seems scammy and rubs people the wrong way.

We got there early, but when you got a chance you came on and got the car. We got to catch up with Kevin, and then were comfortable in the service lounge. It did not take long and we were on our way.
