Bed Bath & Beyond

My pickup experience was absolutely great. There was an issue with my online order but it was handled inside the store.
The associates were very friendly and helpful. They fixed my issues in no time. Tyler and Jeremy are awesome! They both seemed eager to help me and we even shared a few laughs. There was also another associate who delivered my items to my car, and also greeted me at the door as well. He was amazing from the moment I get there and made sure that I was invited inside the store to shop for an item that was out of stock in the color I wanted. (I never got his name). I find shopping for home goods comforting and I think I’ve found my favorite store to get my retail therapy!

The only suggestion that I would make is for BB&B to update their system to fix the bugs with the texting and email alerts. I received conflicting messages through both email and text which caused me and the associates a little confusion. So please update this so that the experience can be even better!

We were greeted at the door by friendly, pleasant and helpful employees.
The store was clean and well stocked. I had a minor errand today but would definitely return if I needed to make a larger purchase.

An item featured in the current mail circular wasn't available in my local store, but a very helpful salesperson (David) ordered the item for me to receive by mail. He also took off the $2.99 shipping charge. Very happy with the interaction. Love my BB&B!

We were helped by young man named Brandon tonight. He was patient and knowledgeable. It's hard to find good help anywhere. You guys better move this gentleman to management soon.

The location has been remodeled & looks so much better! You don't feel overwhelmed w/items stacked all the way to the roof now.

Got several 6 x 9 area rugs reg price $340 on sale for $40. Everything is almost gone.

I didn't understand how to use my visa rewards card. My purchases were more than two rewards cards, so the transaction also involved a regular credit card. The cashier needed assistance and the two of them did a fantastic job of getting everything done.

I love going here. I am actually redoing my downstairs bathroom & I found some really great deals. Some of their stuff can be a bit pricey but in the end it is worth it. I also shop their online site & just have it delivered.

I have always really liked this store. Had a very good experience tonight with a return. They were also very helpful with answering my questions and helping me make my decisions.The cashier was very courteous. Don't forget to take your coupons!

We were looking for low beach chairs to sit at the edge of the water. They had them and they were on sale. Instead of 20 bucks a piece, we payed $8 each!!

Unusal but good experience. Started when I heard the manager talking to employees about carts full of trash outside their store a week or two ago. As I was coming in, I saw two Target employees pushing them down, so I let her know. She said thanked me and after some discussion said that this had been an ongoing issue with the Target employees. I offered to take care of it for them by taking the trash back to Target (I'm a pretty person with things like that) but she told me she didn't want me touching trash. I saw a review shaming her for taking it back, but I think she made the right call.

Anyway, she was awesome while I was there, ordered an out of stock item form me, and told me about their new member loyalty thing. Not sure if she was a manager, but I'll be looking for her next time!!!

I mean, its Bed Bath and Beyond the day after Christmas...winning!!! Most of the associates were nice. Ms. Helen checked me out. She seemed to be real friendly and personable. Maybe because of all the positive energy I have off. The people were pretty nice as well.

The staff here made registering for our wedding so simple and so much fun! Everyone we came across gave us tips and also helped us in any way we needed! Probably the friendliest staff I’ve come across, especially on a busy Saturday night!

Always fun to go here and see what deals can be made with the frequent coupons they put out. If you go without a coupon you can usually bring one up on your phone to use. Some stuff is priced out of my league but they have a good variety to offer.

The customer service was great. I was looking for a duvet, and the lady who helped me had lots of knowledge. I left very satisfied.

Incredible selection, staff seemed available if I needed them (I didn't at the time, but I will when I go back to register for items for my wedding.) It seemed clean and organized. Only negative is that many items seemed quite overpriced, but there are 20% off coupons online, mail or even emails which makes it a little easier to pay the price. As well as the fact that that you can go to one place and have soooo many options to choose from.

It's Bed Bath & Beyond — they have everything you could possibly want for your home. It's a fantastic place! While you could potentially get cheaper prices online, if you're looking for quality items and the ability to see stuff in person, then this is the place to come. It's always a pleasure shopping here and the customer service is fantastic.

I love shopping at Bed, Bath and Beyond. Be sure to keep all coupons as they really don't expire even though there is a date on them. One day my assistant cleaned out the pocket behind my car seat where I keep all my coupons and threw away the expired coupons. Later that day I needed to go to Bed, Bath and Beyond and went into panic because all my coupons were missing! LOL. Now she knows to not touch my BB&B coupons!

I love this place. Even though they are a little pricey I shop there when I can. Thank goodness for the coupons. They carry very good high quality items.
