Went in looking for a wireless headset that wouldn't break the bank, Rue the sales associate helped me find one and made sure I had all the info I needed. Best customer service! Rue deserves to be recognized for her service. She kept her cool when a Karen was at the register mad that a online order wasn't in the stores system yet and there for they couldn't fill or cancel it. So if there is a review about the interaction it was a Karen who felt the world should revolve around her demands not the service

I went in today with my dad to find a video game that he’s been wanting for a while now. Juan was super helpful and found the game for us. Stellar customer service skills too! Thanks so much Juan! Maybe next year we’ll see the Tarheels in March Madness.

I hope this is the right GameStop I'm trying to review, but an employee of yours named Julian as well as the manager/employee of a different gamestop were really helpful in transferring a pre-ordered game from one store to another, which I understand can be annoying. Nobody complained and they had our pre-orders, and my little brother was able to get The Legend of Zelda: Tears of the Kingdom today because of it. Good employees.

Came here, twice. Each time the staff greeted me when I walked in, were kind, took time to help me and explain every question. I happily purchased items there. They had a decent selection of used things, unfortunately it seems they can't dictate prices on too many switch items.
The GameStop inside the mall itself next to LensCrafters was the polar opposite, not going there again. It's interesting. There are so many gamestops around, I wonder how much they can actually oversee things like this. But, I really like this store and would be happy to go there again.

Very good service, I got battlefront II Deluxe edition ordered from there. I wish they had the game there, but hey, beggers can't be choosers! There was a fee of processing plus shipping and handling of $7.00. Not bad, now or course if the game you want is there, you can buy it off the spot. But in my case, it wasn't, which is okay. I enjoy that GameStop a lot. I would recommend it.

Wow the staff at the Hanes Mall store were all so amazingly helpful and kind. I was very impressed by the way they quickly offered their help at such a busy time of year it was like a team of players working together to make your visit to the store a very positive experience. Great store! The gentleman there was very nice and knowledgeable of the games and systems. I also enjoy shopping there. You are able to always contact the store at any time to inquire about games or systems. You can also reserve And special order games. There are also a variety of discount days where customers gain points and discounts towards purchases. If you are looking for a great game store with knowledgeable staff this is the place for you! There is also a variety of collection gear and accessories! Happy Gaming!

The manager Daniel is probably the most down to earth, helpful, friendly, and amazing guy I've seen in retail. Give this man a raise!

Always feel like I'm among friends they treat you so well here. Always knowledgeable and willing to take time to help. My go to for video games and you can catch some good sales on figurines and toys too!

Absolute pleasure. Was with my deaf brother and an employee asked if he could write to him so that he could communicate with my brother. Helped my brother locate the game he wanted and had another store hold it for us while we went and got it. Thank you a million times!!!

Manager and everyone is nice, great to walk in and feel like you are among friends! Always knowledgeable and can tell me about gaming news and releases I don't know about.

Unfortunately I have not been able to remember who is going to have finally realized that the only way to eventually automate this is to have a large SSD.

Great store with tons of games for many consoles, toys, apparel, decor, and more for any game and article of Nerd-dom. They have a friendly staff and even have ♿ handicap accessible parking, entrances, and aisles.

The lady we got was fun to interact with, and this store had more items to look at on the floor without having to ask staff to bring something out from the back.

Great customer service and games are easy to find,not to mention the employees are very friendly and helpful.

The best Gamestop in Winston, mainly because of location and amazing staff. I've been coming here for years on years, would prefer this one over any other one, especially the one in the mall.

Best Gamestop in Winston/Lexington. They always have used copies of hard to find games. The store is a little small but the extremely helpful staff make up for it.
