The staff was very helpful and the store was clean & organized. They didn't have my daughter's size so they found them in another store and are shipping them free! And Nana's Lil Man got a new pair of shoes!

Clean store, friendly staff, excellent parking. Oodles of shoes for every aged family member & huge selections. Comfy store. Bit pricey but you'll find what you want so it's worth it. Highly recommend it! Will return again! Clearance shoe section is well priced!

Yeah I went in to get these pink slides for $30 and the second pair free & end up spending like $250... lol.... I have a love hate relationship with shoe carnival... they have some of the best deals.

They usually have a pretty good selection and prices and can order other sizes too.

Wonderful staff, both helpful and informative. There was a great sale on kid's shoes, which was important since school starts in a week, so mommy got a new pair as well. We usually get 85% of our shoes here each year, so there's nothing that I can say about this place in the negative.

Great selection of top quality shoes with reasonable prices. I love that each aisle is dedicated to one specific brand of shoe. Store was clean and associates were very friendly and ready to answer any questions I had.

Tons of options! This place has anything and everything you are looking for in shoes. They have mens, womens, teens, children's, and toddler and baby shoes. The prices seemed a little high to me but overall it was a good value for what we purchased.

The only place that I could find work shoes that would fit my girlfriend. We've looked everywhere locally and came up with nothing. Looked online here and drove to Winston-Salem where it was the only place they had in stock! They even had a bogo sale and ordered me a pair shipped to my house free!
