When I was 39 years old, I went to the doctor for a complete physical. I had a lot of issues. I was 30lbs overweight, high cholesterol, and dehydrated. I looked and felt like garbage. I decided to hire Bryant for personal training and started going to his gym. One year later, I am in the best shape I have been since, ever, and I feel and look fantastic.

We set goals and worked hard towards them each day. Bryant worked with me on creating good habits in the gym, kitchen, and when I eat out. I travel a lot for work, and he was flexible with my schedule and patient when I had to “cheat and entertain customers.” We even developed a plan to do that. I am happy to say heading into my 40th birthday, I have an 8PACK and couldn’t have done it with our Bryant and Stacy.

Flex Fitness is locally owned, family-owned, and they are lovely people. You’ll see kids in the kids club, and all the members are friendly. I cannot recommend this gym enough. Time to set some new goals!

Flex Fitness is a great gym for everyone, regardless of whether you're a competitive athlete or a regular guy like me trying to get into shape. I've learn so much from Bryant, Charlie, and Stacey! If you're looking for a gym with 24 hour access and all the equipment you need, check them out. They also do personal training as well and their clients' results are amazing!

This gym and the owners are amazing. I've never stayed with a gym membership as long as I have this one. My trainer, Nora is amazing! I've been with her now for almost a year and she has completely changed my life. The gym is the perfect size for everything that you need. Everyone is like family, everyone is friendly, the gym is clean, the equipment is awesome.. and the location is super convenient. I highly recommend this place & the trainers. They are all experienced, extremely knowledgeable, & will get you to where you want to be or to that NEXT level! Their goals are all the same! To see you succeed at your highest level possible!

Bryant and Stacey are THE Power couple in Texas. Both have their professional bodybuilding cards, and are well versed in all aspects.. whether it be nutrition, getting bigger, stronger, leaner, whatever the case may be. Highly professional and friendly, as well as humorous and always a source of positivity.

I just competed at the NPC North Americans where I earned my Pro card and I cannot say enough about how much I enjoyed my competition prep with Bryant Fought.
He adjusted my program based upon my feedback that I provided him and as I was progressing. He addressed my questions and concerns on a timely basis and during weekly checkins. My diet was based upon the healthy foods that I normally eat and there was no rigid restriction of certain food groups; (i.e. only eating protein and veggies or zero fat). His diet plan was nutrition based with healthy foods and I can say that during prep I felt amazing - due to the fact that I was feeding my body adequately. Overall, it was the best competition prep I’ve ever had and highly recommend him for coaching services.
