I had a fantastic experience at Ace Hardware. The store had a great selection of specialty metric bolts and nuts, and the service was top-notch. The McKinney staff was knowledgeable and provided excellent assistance. Highly recommend for anyone in need of specific hardware items.

They almost always have what I'm looking for and the sales people are always friendly and helpful. Was told by one of the people working here that the type of sales they do between Princeton and this location are quite different so the stock of items reflects those different markets.

I like Ace Hardware for lots of reasons.
Mainly, the people who work there.
Always courteous and helpful.
They also carry items that other "places" have discontinued.
I'll usually drive past the other guys to go here.

A gem of ACE hardwares. Was looking for a birdbath. They had several to choose from. Ended up there three times adding to my garden with a bench and boot planter Prices were very good and the customer service was excellent.

I always enjoy shopping here. Staff are friendly and although they don't have the giant selection of the big box stores, I can usually get 90% of what I am after. I also like that I can pop in during the middle of the day on a Saturday and not have to fight the same crowds as at the big box stores.

Ace is our go to place. Needed propane yesterday, but they were out. But I still found about $50 worth of stuff that I "needed". Employees are always helpful and they have a grilling section that is awesome. Sauces, rubs, tools charcoal lump of all kinds and other hardwoods for smoking. I love going here because you don't have to walk a mile to find one thing.

Westlake Ace hardware is not your typical hardware store. I think they've got everything in that shop you ever need. The staff is very helpful and actually enjoy finding things. I found a part that fits a thirty-year-old coffee maker. It's fun just walking around and seeing what they have because you wind up needing it.

Thank you to Shawn for his patience and expertise in helping to solve my problem. This high level of customer service is not found in big box customer stores. Thank You Ace for maintaining that personal level of customer service. Thank you Shawn for Making A Difference!

I always seem to forget about this friendly neighborhood hardware store. This is a great alternative to Home Depot or Lowe's, not that I have anything against either of those establishments.
Ace has everything. Power tools, hand tools, garden tools. This was the only place in at least a 10 mile radius that had the 64oz mason jars we have been looking for.

I am always reminded of my earlier childhood days of going to the hardware store when ever I come here. From the unique items you can't find anywhere else, to the genuine smell of a REAL hardware store, I always enjoy my visit. I come in for one item and browse for an hour. Grab some fresh Popcorn from the popper and enjoy a real piece of American heritage. You won't be sorry.

To quote Lloyd from Dumber & Dumber "just when I thought you couldn't get any dumber, you go and do something like this...AND TOTALLY REDEEM YOURSELF."

After a bit of a gaffe with the delivery dept the store manager and assistant manager jumped right on my situation and got it all sorted out. They went way out of their way to help me. Thanks guys!

Reason I’m giving 5 stars (I’ll give them 10 but 5 is the limit) is simply for the employees, always answer the phone to help you and also knows the store back and forth.

I had called the store looking for a specific product. The associate who answered the phone took the time to check the shelf, not just computer, to be sure they had what I needed in stock. Much appreciated!

This isn’t the first time I’ve been to this hardware store and it definitely won’t be my last ! They have an extremely friendly and highly knowledge staff plus a great selection of items for anything I need to do around the house. Each time I’ve been there, I’ve left feeling much more confident and satisfied about my purchases than of any the times I’ve shopped in those big box hardware stores.

I love a good hardware store that has everything you need and alot of what you wan! Came4 in for some picture hangers and ended up buying my husband's Christmas gift. It is already assembled and delivered. We are going to enjoy that Traeger grill!
