Big Lots

Store was clean, and well organized throughout. Holiday merchandise displays were up, and the aisles were clear. Quite pleased overall with options and selections throughout the store. Staff was friendly and very helpful. I will definitely return.

Always has some pretty good deals and store smells clean.

Big Lots is the best place to shop. Think of ideas, payment plans, GREAT HELPERS IN THE STORE, unbelievable good prices. A just most fun place to be and shop. Pleasant atmosphere. Terrific selection. A dream of a store. Both women and men can find what they or their family needs at an affordable price and go home happy to surprise their loved ones and themselves. It's the best store in town..

Can I just start by saying how great the people in this store are! The employees are so nice and friendly! I got in to get a recliner and a patio umbrella. I know they don't have a lot of staff, but that doesn't bother me. I waited patiently for someone to help me. This nice lady was a little overwhelmed by a costumer on the phone trying to get something on hold. But that didn't affect on the nice way this lady treated me. The great thing about her is that I wanted to get this umbrella that was on sale. There was only one left, but the box was opened, and she didn't want me to get that one. She even called other big lots in the area to find out if they had more. I didn't even ask her to do that. Then when I pay I forgot to use my gift card and I used my credit card. I let them know about my mistake, and with a smile everyone, helped me. The manager was great. I really appreciate the costumer service they gave me.

This is your typical big lots location. The store was pretty clean and was stocked. The employees were friendly and helpful. They were also very nice in providing information on coupons and what not for the products we had. Overall I was satisfied with my visit to this location.

This Big Lots is by far the best !! I even drive past 1 to get there. The prices are great and I no longer get ripped off other places for a brand of granola i love. I get ALL my cleaning supplies here and you never know what you will find! Better yet the employee's are incredibly nice and fun. If they aren't working at the front checking people out they are on the floor cleaning and straightening the isles. It's very clean and organized and this whole summer they have kept the a/c low which only means I will stay in longer and buy things. And to think I had to be dragged in there the first time! Now I go sometimes 2x a week!!!

I absolutely love Big Lots! Great prices... The employees at McKinney are friendly, helpful and provide excellent customer service... Richard went beyond the norm in helping get what I wanted... Its not common theses days to receive excellent customer service... You guys are awesome! Thank you 💛💛💛

The store is pretty picked over, as are most stores, and I didn't find what I initially came in for; but found other stuff I did need, and a few fun little things. This is the first time visiting this location, due to the closing of the Allen store. I will say it was also the most pleasant experience because of the friendly associates that work there. The Allen associates should have been trained by Mylenda, they would have learned a thing or two. She was so friendly and helpful, and I'll be back just because of her!

Great place to get affordable holiday gifts.

Great cashier checked us out. I did see some expired cakes from easter on the shelf. I hope that bringing them to the front caught the eye of the manager so they can make sure others don't find this.

Love the redo! There is a much larger space for the furniture department. I don't know but associating buying livingroom furniture from Big Lots was a little embarrassing to me. Like it was cheaply made or something. But they actually sell Ashley and Lane and guess what! I just purchased an Ashley Signature sofa set today. And guess what else! For the set I paid $600. My last purchase was from Ashley's and spent $1200. So five stars for these folks! I am very happy with my purchase!

Can't beat the prize can't beat the quality great friendly people the furniture manager in McKinney Texas actually helped me track down the chair I wanted nobody goes out of their way like that anymore it was very nice to see the holiday spirit and somebody very nice man..

For a BL, well-organized and clean. Employees are polite and helpful. Good selection of products.
