I contacted customer service to inquire about the reason behind my card being declined both at the grocery store and online. Unfortunately, the agent I spoke with was of no assistance whatsoever. She informed me that she couldn't provide any help because I had recently changed my cell phone number, and she needed to contact or message me on the old number. This explanation seemed utterly absurd to me! Despite providing her with my account number, social security number, and home address, she still claimed it wasn't sufficient. I informed her that I was currently logged into my online account, but it wouldn't allow me to update my new cell number. However, she showed no concern and simply stated that she couldn't assist me. To make matters worse, I am unable to close the account due to a fraud lock. Consequently, I am left with an utterly useless account that I will never utilize.
