The vet who operates this office is beyond amazing and kind. She has taken care of all four of my animals. We recently had to make the decision to let our 16 year old dog go to doggy heaven. She was patient and kind throughout the whole process. She spent about an hour just talking with us as we grappled with making the difficult decision. She truly is a rare human. She is not the type to suggest procedures or treatments that are unnecessary in order to make money. She is constantly advocating for both fur baby and parents. I have never met a vet with so much open passion for her job and those she serves. If you view your animals like a family member and not just a pet then I recommend taking them to this location. I went through several vet offices before finding this one and I'm grateful to have found it.

Took our two holland lops here for nail trims and the first time they did an awesome job. We went to the vet by us and paid $50 for our buns to get their nails trimmed and they didn't even really cut them. So went back here and they did an awesome job just like the first time. Would definitely recommend coming here if you have bunnies since they are an exotic vet. This vet will now be our go to vet. Thank you for friendly and fast customer service.

Dr. Sue Johnson is an amazing veterinarian. Her love and respect for animals came through the first moment we met. Her staff is excellent and caring. I have a very large German Shepherd Dog who isn’t very happy about going to the vet, Dr. Johnson is very gentle with my boy and puts him at ease.

Dr. Johnson has seriously become our favorite vet. We were referred to her for our dog’s torn ACL which she is actually having surgery done today. We are patient people but it is nice that we haven’t ever had to wait in the waiting room. Her staff is friendly and her personal manner is impeccable. She puts in the time and effort to have a full conversation with you explaining everything with honesty which we appreciate more than anything. The office is clean and efficient. Fingers crossed it goes well today but I’m confident that our dog is in good hands.

My boyfriend and I love this vet! Our dog is usually very nervous around veterinarians, but she does better at this office than she has in the past. The staff is welcoming and very knowledgeable.

They were the only ones that were willing to take my cat in same day for a urinary blockage and did an amazing job. They're very knowledgeable and walked me through all the treatment options in detail and listened to my input on them. The Dr had great suggestions for prevention in the future and called twice after the appointment to check up on how the treatment was working and seemed to genuinely care. I completely trust them with my pets and they are very reasonably priced too. If you're looking for a great vet look no further, you won't be disappointed.

These folks are great. They were willing to come to our house to euthanize an older dog in calm, familiar surroundings rather than a trip to the vet's office being a part of that difficult process. They were professional, compassionate, and very caring for our departed black lab as well as my wife and myself.

Dr. Johnson is fantastic. She is very knowledgeable and cares a lot about my pet. She always ensures that I understand the treatment and if it is little to expensive she has other options for treatment whether it’s another medication or something I can do at home. Every time I have been there the entire staff has been great with my dog. And they are very good about fitting me in for an appointment last minute too! I definitely recommend this vet.

Our hedgehog had to have her eye removed due to an injury and we were able to be seen the next day (the injury was not noticed until early evening) which was not the case with any of the exotic vets we called prior. Dr. Johnson took excellent care of our baby. The cost was very reasonable as well. All the staff are very knowledgeable and friendly. We will be back for our cats' check ups!

I brought in my rabbit that had a severe head tilt. The staff were super friendly, and the doctor recommended the best course of action and supplied me with medicine to help treat the head tilt. She explained all the medicines and how to use, and now my rabbit regained his balance and, fixed his head tilt and is back to running and jumping like normal! Thank you to all the staff for helping my pet regain his life.

Easily one of the best veterinarians I have ever been to. The staff is extremely nice and accommodating and you can tell they really care about their job.

Then, Dr. Johnson takes the time to get to know your animal and make them feel comfortable, all the while answering all of your questions and making sure you completely understand what is going on.

I will be taking all of my animals to her from here on out and can't recommend her highly enough.

End of the day on a Friday, I called and they were able to get my sick cat in within 15 minutes. They immediately came in to care for him, and the vet was so attentive and concerned about my baby. She and the assistants constantly were updating me, helping me make the most humane choice for my pet. I did end up having to put him down, and Dr. Johnson let me say goodbye, spend as much time as I needed, and she was so kind and compassionate helping me with a difficult choice. I am so fortunate to have found them, and grateful that loving care was provided to my family member.

I just had a fantastic experience here. Very friendly staff and a caring and knowledgeable vet. I work difficult hours to make appointments but I called here and they made me an appointment in my limited time window for the same day. My cat was nervous and stressed and Dr. Johnson was very kind and gave me many options and ways to help him feel better. All for a very competitive price too I may add. I know the next time I go back that my cats are in good hands. Thank you so much Dr. Johnson and your wonderful staff for such a pleasant visit.

The new vet here, Dr Johnson, is excellent. Very kind and gentle with my pet and very knowledgeable. She agreed to my request for a more conservative approach for an injury, with a backup plan if the problem did not heal as quickly as hoped. I have complete confidence in her judgement, care and knowledge, and appreciate the kindness with which she and her assistant, Hana, handled my cat. This is in stark contrast to the care received a couple of days ago at an Allen vet. Rates here are very competitive so it is great care at a reasonable cost.

We take all 3 of our animals here. Dr. Johnson is so friendly and super knowledgeable. She’s always telling me about new studies she reads, so you can tell she stays on top of her practice! I always trust that whenever our animals get sick, that they’re in great hands! The staff of super friendly and helpful vet techs, will take great care of your pets. Dr. Johnson is awesome, even in a hard situation that every pet owner dreads. Our beloved Bella Rose lived a long & wonderful life, but it was time for her to head to heaven. The entire staff was excellent & professional. They made a tough time much easier. Best vet & staff in Texas!

Absolutely love this place! Took my bearded dragon and dog here (separate visits lol) , and was so impressed with how informative and kind Dr. Johnson was. She even managed to have my beardies meds shipped to the clinic rather than me having to pay out of state shipping. It ended up costing 2$ rather than $50. I also spoke to Hannah and Jennifer over the phone and they were super helpful with scheduling and overall just sweet people. The entire staff goes above and beyond for the pets in their care.

Dr.Johnson does exotics (rabbits - which I currently have 5) and helps me with my wildlife emergencies (I am a rehabber). She fits me in when I have emergencies and even if she is busy, takes the time to help talk me through things. She is enjoyable to talk to and a wealth of knowledge. She is kind and compassionate and has helped us through more than one difficult euthanasia. Her prices are very reasonable compared to others. Her staff is friendly as well.

This is a new practice in a previous vet clinic. I am so blessed to have found Dr. Johnson. She is extremely knowledgeable and caring. My old cat has a number of problems to manage, and she has taken the time to walk me through the situation and offer different treatment options. His quality of life is considerably better since he's been under her care. I'm also excited that she sees other species besides cats and dogs so I can also take my cockatiels and pocket pets to one place finally! I couldn't be happier with this clinic and will recommend her to my family and friends for sure.

I have worked with Dr. Johnson and her practice on two occasions-both with my rats who needed end-of-life care. I find her and her staff to be responsive, kind, and compassionate. They go above and beyond, have fit me in during their busy time when I needed urgent care, and they follow Covid protocols. I tell everyone I know that they are amazing.
