Kroger

I had a very pleasant experience this evening. I found most of what I needed. What really wowed me and stopped me in my tracks was a gentleman by the name of Tre. He was filling and zoning the cheese department. It was breathtaking. He kept everything so contained and was working so neatly, I felt compelled to compliment him on the visual serenity he had created. I feel too many people leap to criticize, and not enough people compliment those that are doing a great job. He was polite, organized, and thorough.

I went in today for wic items for my baby, I already always feel a little uncomfortable getting these items because it’s so specific what is covered and I always seem to mess it up by not getting correct items. Well I had that issue this morning and Julie helped me out, made me feel comfortable and fixed the issue. That went along way with me and wanted it to not go unrecognized!! So thankyou Julie for what you do and your help today!!

Thank you Thank you Jessica for helping make Taryn’s bouquets and flowers flawless for her wedding!! We needed extra greenery for decorations and you came through with flying colors!! Thank you for all your hard work the flowers held up all night long and were beautiful!

Friendly staff. Good produce. Delicious bakery items. It's a small store, so most things are easy to find without too much walking.

I was using the self check-out. I had some trouble with a coupon that wouldn't enter correctly. The Customer Service young lady came over immediately and did the override to get me finished up as quickly as possible. I am always treated with courtesy and respect. Love this store!

Reasonable prices, clean grocery store

I love shopping at Kroger but their prices aren't always on point so I shop wisely. They have great digital coupons today it was 32oz (2lbs) of their shredded cheese for $3.99.
8oz pkgs are $2 ea. even at walmart.. I did get some beautiful hydrangeas for $20 a piece so kudos to kroger

My favorite Kroger store! The store is conveniently located and easy to get to. The employees are awesome and go out of the way to help. I've shopped the mega Kroger Marketplace at Lake Forest and 380, but this location is easier to navigate while still carrying everything I need.

The Pharmacy Department is great. They go out of their way to make you a regular customer. Ken and Megan are 2 fine examples. I'd much rather deal with them over a company mail in prescription service.

EVER! She offered to do what I wanted for a cupcake and was extremely kind and willful :)

Great store and great deals I miss Kroger I have moved so far and the closest Kroger to me is in bryan tx which is far but try to go when possible, but on my trip to Dallas my wife and I Love this store friendly employee's

This store is on the other side of town but the kids that work here make it worth the drive to shop this store. All very polite, helpful, smiles full customer service here! Much recommended.

Yesterday after shopping excursion, I was totally exhausted. I asked a store employee if he could help me with my groceries. Dontrae was so kind and helpful..I appreciated his help so I wanted to recognize him

This Krogers is very clean & friendly. But the isle with water, is a bit narrow (the end by the meat dept), a shopping cart and a handicap scooter don't have enough room to pass 😒

Customer service here is top notch. Produce is delicious, and meat prices are great. A kroger card is a must though
