I wanted to shout praise for Alex in appliances! We came in today looking for a refrigerator and Alex was amazing. He was very informative and knowledgeable. He helped us make a great decision on a new refrigerator and we walked out happier than when we walked in!. Thank you so much, Alex!! You're the best!

My go to hardware store in Longview Texas. They have a wonderful installer. Just added a storm door he does amazing work.

I have visited this store of Home Depot many times. Best thing about Home Depot is that you can find most of the things here.Even we can find everything require for building construction. Stones, flooring materials,materials used for wall and many other. We can even find most of the furnitures and electronic equipment.It is good thing to have Home Depot nearby.I recommend everybody to visit this store of Home Depot.

Always a friendly place to shop for lumber, tools and other accessories. I always need help cutting wood to fit in my car and they cut wood from 12-inches and up. I've always liked the friendly atmosphere and customer service - especially during summer time season when I'm on the look out for savings on lawn products.

Mario is the BEST! I needed some ridiculously tiny and obscure bolts and washers for a project at the last minute, and he helped me dig through all the drawers and find the perfect matching nuts I needed to get the job done. Thank you!

Was trying to reserve an equipment rental online and needed two pieces of equipment. However, it won't let you reserve more than one piece of equipment online. I tried calling several stores who just refused to even try to help me, until I reached Bonnie at the McKinney store. Bonnie was awesome! She got it done and was SO nice!!

I really enjoy shopping at The Home Depot - favorite part is the variety of construction material. We've purchased several large orders of flooring. You can pick it up later at your convenience - a nicely detailed invoice is provided.

Home Depot is a great store with a wide variety of home improvement products and supplies. The staff is always friendly and helpful, making it easy to find what you need. While it's your typical Home Depot store, the service really sets it apart. Overall, I highly recommend Home Depot for anyone in need of home improvement supplies and excellent customer service.

Love home depot, went yesterday to buy a blind to replace the one that broke, well I pulled to hard on the blind and it broke, went to exchange had no problem the people were so great , and nice , that's why I love it.

I had a purchase that got difficult and frustrating at the the self-serve register and Tamara fixed it for me. She was hilarious and delightful. Glad to see there are still some stores left that invest in good customer service. It really does make the experience better. Look forward to having more "problems" she can fix. I can use the free laughs.

Home Depot Pro Desk almost became the subject of bashing on social media, as the one Lowe's received a few weeks ago that forced me to write their CEO over the delivery of $2000 in soaking-wet lumber. Through the HD App we ordered a hot water tank, and necessary accompanying parts, and set it up for the next day delivery through our store at, here @ Mckinney. No sooner than making the purchase did the delivery date immediately change for four days later. We spoke with Jordan who said for some reason the system moved our delivery to Allen. We spoke with Emily at the Allen location who verified they could not move the delivery date but offered we drive twice as far to pick it up. We called Jordan who gathered our materials for pick up and pulled the order back to Mckinney, where we were able to complete our pick up the following morning. For anyone requiring quick delivery or quick pick up of a large order CALL THE STORE AND TALK TO THE PRODESK BEFORE PURCHASING ANYTHING ON THE APP! By doing so, you'll possibly be able to have your order added to the truck for the next day. The app is unreliable unless you don't need materials for several days. Thanks Jordan for all your help.

My fiancé and I come here almost every weekend. Staff is friendly and the store is organized. I want to thank the lovely young lady in painting today in the early afternoon. She was the only one behind the counter and handled the long line of customers so patiently. Very friendly and accommodating. Also, our cashier Barbara was very nice and thanked us for our business. Thank you for the wonderful shopping experience!

We love the kids workshops on the first Saturday of the month year. But you have to go early!

I just wanted to show much appreciation to Mr. Ted, an associate at 1515 central Ave McKinney TX. We have shopped at Home Depot for almost everything we have needed for our home renovation but I have never received as much help as I did today with Ted. All I had was the model of my tab faucet and I needed the parts that would be used to attach the faucet to the wall. I did not know the exact parts I needed to get. I approached Ted, who was busy and asked him for help. He asked probing questions to make sure he understood what I was needing. Once he had a good understanding, he went and helped me look through the different parts to make sure they were the right size for the faucet I had on hand. He explained why the parts would work, he also picked up the glue and the o-ring for me as well. What I appreciated the most was that he did not just direct me where to go, he went and helped me look for the items. I asked to speak to the manager to let her know how helpful Ted had been, and I also just wan to make it known to the world. Thank you Ted, and may God bless you.
