The store interior was bright and clean. There were two contracted housekeeping guys working on cleaning the floor. The restroom was clean, too. The staff member was friendly and helping.

With previous health visits, has anyone ever felt like they keep you in the waiting room for a long time just because they can?
Not Village Medical, I was shocked when I found myself in and talking with Amy a minute before my appointment. This is unheard of and very refreshing.

Most importantly, Amy Gno and the Village Medical staff are wonderful. I felt respected and genuinely cared for. The smiles were real, not pasted on. The environment is very clean and professional. The staff have warm demeanors and are very attentive.

Amy Gno is very knowledgeable and professional about the physical and mental aspects of life. I did feel at ease during my appointment because I did not feel like she or the staff were judging me in any way.

I will be back for my follow-up appointment.

My son had an ear procedure and we thought the doctor sent in the prescription. The doctor hadn't. I went into this Walgreens and not only did they find me a cheaper alternative, they filled it on the spot in 5 minutes. I'm not sure if it was the panicked dad look on my face or what but God bless these people for so quickly taking care of the prescription for my son!

I went on a Saturday afternoon to get some photos printed out and it was a really busy time in the photo center. The employees in the photocenter (two young ladies, I'm sorry your names didn't appear on the receipt.) One of the employees, was working and fast to help all of the customer and was able to multitask very well. She showed me how easy it was to use the app to upload pictures which she had ready for me in no time. Her co-worker came to help check people out when the line was long, and she was very polite and COVID complaint helping me get hand sanitizer. Great job by them both.

Very friendly and accommodating staff! Big thank-you to Chris, who promptly answered the phone and helped me with a FedEx issue. He was so nice and his customer service deserves five stars. He even made an extra effort by contacting FedEx for me to resolve an issue and extend the hold-time for my packages at his Walgreens location. This is the best FedEx and Walgreens experience I have had, and Chris deserves lots of praise. Thank you, thank you!! Will be shopping and recommending this Walgreens for its friendly/professional staff and great customer service!

Liz the cashier will greet you as you walk in and make your day! The store is clean and organized, there's bathrooms customers can use 🚻....met the manager Jacob nicest humblest boss I ever met. Best walgreens in North Texas for sure 👌😇

We was able to conveniently find this Walgreens close to our hotel. They had everything we wanted and needed. Also the lady that was running the cash register at the time knew exactly where an item was that i showed her on my phone! I can't remember her name, short blonde hair, but her shirt read something to the affect that she was over the beauty department. She was so nice. Thank you for a great shopping environment!

I was able to load money onto my card with no fee added. I'm not sure if you can do this with every card but mine you can

Don't know about the other people. I've gotten my wife's prescriptions from here for a while now and never had any issues. Always quick going through the drive thru. Never had an issue.

Called Walgreen's (Zach-Pharmacy) and asked multiple questions about Covid testing for travel. I am sure that he has fielded thousands of calls, but he was extremely helpful and courteous.

Pharmacist was very nice and helpful and my prescription was filled quickly and without problems.

The staff here is friendly and the pharmacy is fast and efficient. The store is neat and things are easy to find. Will shop here often.
