The Shot Spot

My sweet Golden Retriever Nala loves to see Dr. Cox. He is very sweet and gentle with her. She sometimes has a hard time warming up to people but she loved him right away. Dr. Cox has expressed vast experience with breeding certified golden retrievers in the past, so if that is something that you are looking for he is a great resource. But all in all, he’s a wonderful vet and will take great care of you.

They are amazing and took such great care of my fur baby for his neutering surgery! Dr Cox and his team are so kind, knowledgeable and compassionate!

We were referred to the Shot Spot by the City of McKinney. Shot Spot worked with our budget and gave Marley excellent care to the very end. Very kind, caring, and friendly. The entire staff truly cared for us and Marley in our hour of need. Again, this was my first experience, and we really appreciate all you did for us today.

Dr. Cox and his staff are top notch. We brought our 14 year old dog in thinking it may be her last day, and Dr. Cox found she had diabetes. He treated her as if she was his own. The staff was very sympathetic and supportive during our visit. Thank You Dr. Cox and Team for all your efforts to improve on what started off as a dark day for us.

Omg I loved this place. The techs and the vet are the sweetest. They treated my little guy so good. I always pay attention to little details. The interaction, the wait, the cleanliness, and etc. Everything was great here. They booked my appt fast. And answered all my questions. I am so excited to have found them.

Today I took my 7 year old dog to the shot spot, and they were so attentive and helpful! Dr. Cox is absolutely amazing and knows his stuff. Thank you guys for helping me out with misa’s skin issues. Can’t wait till my girl sees some relief. You guys rock!

Great people: everyone was very personable, professional and knowledgeable. Took wonderful care of our cat. They are now our primary vet.

Dr. Cox and the whole team are incredible humans and they deeply care for your baby! We are moving to another state in a few months and so sad that we can't take them with us!!

They were able to fit me in for a last minute appointment on a very busy weekend! I called about 10 other clinics prior to them that weren't able to get me in and the cost was ridiculous. The Shot Spot is very affordable! The staff was friendly and knowledgeable. I believed i spoke to Rebecca the receptionist and Dr. Farmers was the veterinarian. Both were wonderful! Huge thanks to everyone else there that helped us today, sorry if I forgot to mention anyone's name.

Have been using this Vet since they opened. I have always been very satisfied. Recently had to put my dog down of 20yrs. These guys have been so awesome n supportive and on the same page of my humanity of animals. I Thank you all for your compassion n support.

Wonderful experience at the Shot Spot office in McKinney. The receptionist was very helpful in getting my boxer in same day for a nail that completely came off. They were able to control the bleeding, wrap her paw up, and get her on antibiotics to prevent infection all for an affordable cost. From the moment we walked in, my dog was at ease as this clinic has a very welcoming environment. Usually my dog is shaking anytime we pull up to a vet clinic. However, my dog was calm the entire time here and even took a nap while waiting to be seen. The technician was very personable and my dog fell in love with her. They got her back quickly and I was in and out within an hour. Thank you Dr.Cox and your entire team for the exceptional care.

I would like to add that my parents bring their dogs here as well and thats how I heard about this wonderful clinic.

The Vet who had helped me, Ryan, was extremely kind and communicated the process that they took on my pet very well. This was a first time visit but I will definitely come back here if needed in the future. You guys are great, keep it up.
