Lots of praise for this wonderful store and owner Andy Doyle and his expertise. Great selection of real quality wine and liquor. Will provide wonderful advice that expands your knowledge and tastes. Will find the hard to find and get it in. Staff is smart and helpful and will follow up. Highly recommend and very reasonable prices. They were the best wine merchant in McKinney for years before hard liquor was approved. Now they are the best liquor store too. Worth the drive if you don't live here. Saves a drive if you do. The best.

Visited the new location next to Big Lots. Great selection continues to grow, and friendly and knowledgeable staff make this one of my top spots for wine, spirits and unusual microbrews. Prices were aligned with the market. Give them a try!

Excellent. We drive almost an hour to go here on special occasion. Recommended by a co-worker with a sizable wine collection. Their selection isn't vast, but it's curated, and extremely varied in region and price. We bought a bottle for my brother, who likes Spanish wines, and it turned out to be a bottle he drank on his honeymoon with the owner of the vineyard. That's the quality of selection you're getting. And each time we go, something great is on sale at huge value.

I went to McKinney Wine Merchant to purchase wine for an event I was going to. I wish I knew the name of the man who helped me; he was very knowledgeable and helped me find the perfect wine! I will definitely return for more wine in the future.

I recently went here before Halloween and was leaving the store and dropped and busted a bottle I just bought an they were nice enough to replace it for me free of charge
