I wanted to express my satisfaction here for their excellent cleaning and fast delivery of the jackets I gave for dry cleaning. They really saved my life by delivering the jackets, which I had forgotten until the last minute, within one day. We've had some bad experiences at other cleaners the area (washed and destroyed a dry-clean only Italian-made satin dress, moth infestations in wool sweaters) but we've been going to Royal for a year now and it's been a great resource for us.

I've been here a few times and they are always nice and helpful. They have my items ready when they said they would. On my last visit though, I took in two pair of pants that were pre-marked for hemming but the pair for me was hemmed too short. I don't know what went wrong because I was sure I had it at the right length so from now on I may need to just let them measure it at the location.

This cleaners is great at cleaning clothes and removing difficult stains from garments. Marina did an excellent job at removing an ink stain from my Fendi hoodie, which I thought I would have to discard. Before you threw away garments with stains on them, take them to Royal Cleaners first and see how they can help you.

I've been a loyal customer at this place for over a decade and every visit has been exceptional. They truly go the extra mile to make sure you're satisfied. Recently, my daughter accidentally sent her school uniform late on a Friday afternoon, but they were able to have it ready for pickup by 3 pm the very next day. I had to have wedding dresses cleaned as my son had stained them just several days before the wedding. Both the owner and staff were very accommodating and friendly. They got the dresses dry cleaned, stained removed, and finished under a day. Just perfect!

Ever since moving out to far Northeast Collin County we've had terrible experiences at all the dry cleaners we've tried until finally finding this place. They have great customer service and pretend to actually care about their patrons on top of the fact that they do all work in-house. Definitely our goto cleaner now and grateful to have found them.

Been here twice and they are hands down the best both times I’ve been here they got my items done in about 3 hours so same day service and for a shirt is $4.50 and a pair of joggers same price

Been using Royal for nearly 2 years now and can't speak more highly of them. I've never received my shirt back with one burned button, any new stain or burns, never had a lost item or odd smelling clothes upon pick-up. I've received all of those mishaps from competitors in the McKinney area and I was charged more for it.. I'll never use another dry cleaner as this location is easy to stop by after leaving the office and the quality is top-notch. It's their performance that keeps me loyal. Speed and quality! I'll say it's not the nicest place out there but it's the quality of work I'm after, not the waiting room. Don't judge the book by it's cover. Royal Cleaners is a gem and the owner is a very courteous, and hard working professional. He's a great member of the community and hope more start to use his services.

Our family has been coming here for several years. We have work uniforms, dress clothes and blankets dry cleaned and sometimes mended or altered.
Service is prompt, friendly and always reliable.
We won't go anywhere else.
Also, the owner is super nice and works hard for his family. He is often on site and will treat you as you would expect to be treated! Nice people, good business.
Plus the drive up is nice if you don't want to get out of your car!! :)

I had bought a cream colored tuxedo suit for my wedding, and I took it out of the original casing for the first time since I had gotten married a year and a half ago. Came to find out that there had been alcohol stains sitting all over my jacket for over a year and a half! I brought the jacket to royal cleaners, and they were able to clean it all up and restore my jacket back to 100%, all within one day. Cannot recommend them enough!

Very good service! I was told it would take two days to get my clothes back as I did have a lot of clothes…but they worked fast and were able to get me all of it by the next day! Prices are incredible and service was great! Highly recommend!

I used their service a couple of times before COVID and used them again last week. They provided the same sound quality service with smiley customer service. I took my laundry in for one day service. Brenda was very personable during processing of my laundry order When I returned to pick my laundry, only a partial of my laundry was returned.Due to stains that needed addressing. Not necessarily a big deal. I feel the service overall was exceptional. Picked up my remaining laundry today June 20th.

Royals has ALWAYS taken care of me. I love the way the clothes feel after dry cleaning. They are always willing to help me to get items cleaned FAST. With being a first responder sometimes I can't always drop off my clothes within their cleaning schedule. That's never been an issue for Royal. They always take care of me and get my uniforms cleaned and ready in a VERY short time frame! I'll never stop coming to Royals to get my uniforms cleaned.
