Life Storage - Urbandale

I’ve always paid for my storage 3 weeks before it was due. The transfer of companies resulted in their loss of my MOI and an increase in my bill. It took some time and a lot of hard work on Valerie’s (Val’s) part, but she was able to have everything adjusted back to what it should be and I made my payment (which made me happy). Also I really just like having them for storage period, it’s cheaper, safer and cleaner.

Lady at the desk made the whole process of choosing the correct size unit very easy by taking us to see each one. She was fast and efficient with the paperwork. Very polite.

The facility was very clean, the manager (Andrew) was extremely helpful and the location was perfect for our needs. And the price was very competitive.

Andrew was an amazing help getting me setup for my storage unit. He was able to switch my unit to have a larger unit the day of. The facility is great and provides all the necessities to move your stuff in.

Very friendly and making sure I'm informed on everything. Nice and clean spaces and made sure I understood everything. Andrew helped me pick a storage unit fit to my needs and wants. Also is very affordable! I feel very comfortable leaving my belongings here for storage.

Awesome facility. Online booking was super easy, and getting in and set up went really smoothly. The space is clean, has well-lit hallways, and feels very safe. Andrew was super helpful and friendly as I was getting more packing materials. Definitely recommend.

Sure it's clean, safe, and all that. But I am writing about needing to deal with the passing of my Brother and how simply Amazing Andrew, the Store Manager, was to me and my family. I can not express enough how kind and compassionate Andrew was and how he helped with everything we needed. Not something you think about when getting a storage unit, so was very pleased with the level of service and I will be telling everyone I know!! Thanks again Andrew, you are the best!!

Andrew was wonderful after getting my storage needs taken care of. He was polite, courteous and sympathetic to my situation. The establishment is clean and dry and I’m completely comfortable with leaving my items here.

Nice and clean facility! The Manager is great and super helpful. We booked the largest size available, but realized while moving that we needed additional space and the manager helped find us another unit close to our current one. Great experience dealing with this facility!

Friendly and helpful staff. I started with a larger unit and later downsized to a smaller one. Andrew was super helpful both times. When I no longer needed my unit, they made the vacating process quick and painless. The building is super clean and secure as well, and is in a convenient location. Would definitely recommend!
