An additional teller came forward and offered to help me because there was a line. She was very pleasant, smiling and efficient. What else could you want from a teller?

I love my us bank. They have been fabulous, curtious , respectful, and handles all you problems immediately. I have been a customer for years and never had any issues with security of my account or cards. I recommend them to everyone. 5 stars across the board. Thank you us bank

I love my Us Bank branch in Elgin. Extremely courteous bankers that are very helpful. Phil is a top notch human being who treats everyone with so much respect and dignity. He goes above and beyond every day.

Teller was friendly and service was thorough and fast.

We were able to accomplish what we went there to do. No waiting. Nothing special.

FYI...went to bank at 4:45 pm today (Saturday)...only to find that the hours listed here and the store hours DO NOT MATCH....it closed at 4 pm :(

I scheduled an appointment for a new account Two weeks prior. When I called banker to confirm an appointment. Manger or teller keep hanging up my phone and they finally answered and said my appointment got canceled because manager have to leave early for some reason. Very poor customer service. I would not recommend this bank. Very unpleasant experience. I rather give my business to another reputable bank.

Manager canceled my two weeks prior appointment appointment at very last moment. She did not even notify me. Very unpleasant experience. Also that's for opening a new account. Not recommending this branch. Poor customer service.
