The only good thing is they always have my pods for my vape. Do not recommend paying cash. You are always short changed. Ever since the guy that was there every morning left and got a different job, the dude there now can't count change if his life depended it on it. I had a total the other day and change would have been 55 cents. I got 25 cents.

I wish you luck in your business. I also know that speaking English is not your strong suit. But should also know that calling people names under you native tongue. You lost me as a customer

I thought "convenience store" meant convenience for the customer, but at this 7Eleven, the convenience seems to be for the night clerk.

I'm a night worker. On 9/23 around 12:45 AM I wanted to get a snack and use the washroom. The clerk was not present when I passed the counter. Both washrooms had "Out of order" signs. The clerk was still not visible until I said "Hello" then he came from a hallway/doorway behind the counter. After asking the clerk about the bathroom and hearing that they both had problems, I have four theories.

#1. The clerk must think 7Eleven/management is really horrible, to depict them as tolerating plumbing problems while selling food food a dozen feet away.
#2. The clerk must think customers are gullible, since there were no odors, no puddles, no mops or WET FLOOR signs.
#3. The clerk has not been trained/empowered to use sound judgment.
#4. The clerk thinks that cleaning washrooms is beneath him.

This was definitely the worst service ever
Your afternoon employee was completely rude and also wants to talk his smack in his own language and then laugh with whoever he is in the phone with. Im just typing this for HIS OWN SAFETY! OH also before i forget. The clerk likes to steal money from the customers as well.. stole 10 dollars off me, i just aint that broke to go back in and try to get em back. BE AWARE EVERYONE!!

I dropped my debit card here, about 15 minutes later I realized and called them to see if they had found it. The guy answered and greeted me with "7 11" he confirmed it was the right location and when I explained the situation he said "wrong number" and hung up on me. I called back 5 times and no answer.

Besides this, the paper towel dispensers are always empty and the workers here are rude.

12/24/2023 @ 12:40 pm me and my wife were at this store. We got our items and went to the cashier where we cam across a very rude cashier.

Rude customer service...employee was on the phone the entire time...had a mean talk like he was upset that I walked into the store...yelling that the bathroom was down even though I had said nothing yet...treated me like I was criminal or something...I'm a 40 year old man with disabilities and I just can't believe how people are treated these days...

This 7 eleven is disgusting. Every single garbage can outside is full AND overflowing. DO NOT get anything from the soda/slurpee machines either. They don't clean them and you can see the mold if you look up underneath the dispensers.

I visit this store regularly but will start going to another location after today. Bought to bottles Of muscle milk Listed in cooler as a $79 with a whole row stocked. Items rang up as 349 and 499 at checkout When I ask cashier to Chuck price he told me to learn how to read labels. I went over to read the label and it is listed as prairie farms milk not muscle milk. I told casher that is not my fault I should get the prices listed as that's why I grabbed it. He walked over to the cooler grab the label to bring to me and told me read this it says prairie farms milk this is a milk. Which I told him my bottle also says milk it is a different brand that is not my fault it is in stock in the wrong spot. He would not do anything and told me sorry not my fault. This isn't the 1st time this has happened to me where wrong items are in the wrong spot o For I'm charged the wrong price for an item. Cashier was very rude to be charging me more than double for the item.

Poor service. I went into this 7-11 this morning, to get gas, and purchase some Juul pods. I asked the Clerk if they had off brand pods for the Juul, and he showed me some flavors. He did not tell me these were Hemp pods, or that you only get 1 pod in the package. These are also not compatible with the Juul, since guess what, they are not nicotine pods. $16. When I went back in and said this in not what I asked about, he refused to give a refund, and pretty much thought it was funny. Not going there again. Got 1 star because gas was good Exxon quality. That is all.

Rude and unwelcoming service. The man was the phone the entire time just pacing back and forth. I stood over by the hot dogs eventually he finally came over and I told him I wanted two hogs and he’s “can’t they’re no good”. Then why have food on rotation if it’s not good.

Rekish had no patients behind the counter rushing every move you make with the payment. Told him don’t give me a hard time and would rebuttal and get upset with me. Bad customer service too me. I looked at his name tag and he displayed it to me so he insisted I give him a review.

No management to do a credit card. English appears to be a second language here as well. Everything seems to be we can't or don't every time I come in here! This place has really become lottery or cigarettes pretty much. Don't waste your time.😖
