I used to go to Bucky's all the time. They have good gas prices and the service was always good for me. I stopped going about year and half ago because the car wash was having issues. I went there this weekend thinking they would have taken care of the car wash issues, well they have not. My car only had soap applied to half the car then the whole car was washed. Then only half the cars was rinsed, and the extra protecting coating were applied to half of my car. For a $12 wash you would think they would fix the issues with the car wash, especially with all the competition in the area. Guess I will go elsewhere from now on.

When they work it's a nice convenient place to get gas and a car wash. However they work sporadically at best. One day the car wash is down, the next the pumps aren't working, the next the credit card readers are having issues and then one day randomly they will only have the highest grade gasoline and still be advertising the lower grades on their price boards. Today they wouldn't take my credit card and I just left, I live 3 minutes away and am now going to 7 eleven just to save on utter aggravation.

Horrible carwash. I got Carwash and 20 minutes later car was dirtier then before I washed. Spots all over it. I went back and told them they gave me a free wash. I thought maybe I didn’t go slow enough in dryer. This time same thing and I went super slow in dryer. Car has bright white spots all over. I wouldn’t give bad review if second time came clean. This time same thing. Do not recommend

Stopped in for a car wash as I do often. Noticed no soap this time. Went in after soap less wash to tell the employee. He said he noticed that ‘yesterday’ when he washed his car and that he would tell his manager...., no offer for a refund or a coupon for a wash another time with soap! Guess I need to find a new place for gas and a car wash!

Go to get gas card readers not working I go in tell the guys working and they state oh yes all the card readers at the pump don't work right now. Ok so put a sign instead of having customers waste time trying to make it work.

Dryers haven't worked on weeks. And now you can't get a cold drink, the coolers are not operational. Owner must not GAF about his business.

This is an absolutely horrific establishment. They treat the employees horribly, and violate almost every labor law that there is. Not to mention the fact that something is broken or not working like every other day. The last place on earth I'd want to be as an employee, or as a customer.

Shady as hell.
