Ray, his son and the rest of the crew were fantastic and very professional.
I first went to the company to speak with Ray about the job. The business, property, buildings and all the equipment looks spotless clean very well organized.
When they came to the job site I was impressed all the equipment looks new, nice, and clean the crew worked together like best friends. They made the job look easy. And I'm sure it was not easy. I have been around and hired contractors most of my life and I never seen a company so well organized and professional.

Rays team came in and replaced the outside electric line for our air conditioning unit and did a superior job. They showed up on time, completed the work in a timely fashion, tested it and had it ready for our central air install the following day. It was great that they found time to do work for a private homeowner when they are so busy with all the projects for the city. We won't hesitate to call them again with future projects.

Ray and his team were Awesome! I have already and will continue to recommend them to anyone needing electrical service. Communication was great, Timeliness was great, value was great. They seemed to care about my project and seemed to really care about helping me to enjoy the fruits of my project as soon as they could. We recently purchased a fixer upper, and decided to start with creating our dream kitchen. The scope of the project required some electrical updates as well as additional electric circuits. Ray came out to evaluate the scope of the project and discuss the details of the project. He listened to my thoughts and ideas, asked the appropriate questions, and offered up advice and thoughts I hadn't considered.

When the work was started, the crew showed up right on time. They worked quickly and efficiently. In places where drywall needed to be cut, they made neat cuts, saved the pieces and screwed them back into place for easy taping, mudding and painting.

They cleaned up after themselves and and made sure we were pleased with the work.

Ray’s Electric hung a light fixture from the high ceiling in our entryway. They got this done in an hour, it looks great, and they took care to place the chandelier with the design facing correctly. We were very happy with this service and highly recommend!

Ray and his team are very professional. They came out here to the Max Mcgraw Wild Life Foundation and did a wonderful job boring through the side of a hill that we didn't think possible.

On the day of the repair everyone showed up on time and was very professional. They also helped make sure we had all documentation needed to submit an insurance claim. Called Rays to fix two private streetlights in our HOA. They gave us a proposal to do a system upgrade on all 5 lights to LEDs that qualified for a rebate from Com Ed. Did the system upgrade, got the rebate and love the new lights and power bill savings.

I can't begin to tell you what an amazing experience that we had with the entire staff at Ray's Electrical Service - they exceeded our expectations and will most definitely work with them again!!! They all are extremely professional, friendly, easy to work with and do excellent work.

I called into the office to set up an appointment and Ray himself came out to view and quote the electrical work that we were looking at having done in our garage (addition of outlets & sub-panel). We are very particular with our garage; it is completely drywalled and we did not want any conduit exposed. Ray made several excellent suggestions, and when it came time to the quote - he gave me the number, which was much better than what I was anticipating.
Darlene in the office helped me walk through what was needed and what to prepare for prior to the work being started (so that there were no surprises). She was beyond patient with us changing our minds a few things on what we wanted done, and even through it was through the phone, you could tell that she made these changes with a smile on her face every time.
Day of; Andreios and team came out, reviewed the scope of work with us and locations for everything. As the locations we wanted outlets were not easily accessible, we were anticipating to have to replace/repair a lot of drywall. Due to my job, I was not able to see progress until all the work was done. When they let me know they were down, I went in the garage and was blown away! They found a way to route everything such that it looked like the garage was intended to be that way, and they tidied everything up so that you really couldn't tell that anything had been done.

Again, we are beyond thrilled with the work that was done by the entire team at Ray's and highly recommend working with them.

Ray's team did such a great job installing our Level 2 Electric Vehicle chargers and outlets/receptacles. We had the chargers installed before our vehicle arrived and have just now begun using them -- flawless! We always turn to Ray's for our residential electrical needs and highly recommend them -- even our village inspector was admiring their handiwork. :)

We had Ray’s electrical upgrade 4 spot lights, three light fixtures, and 2 exhaust fans in our home. Our experience with this company will make us a return customer. Not only did they meet a tight timeframe last minute for me, but Ray went out of his way on a Saturday to meet me and my husband to make sure that we bought the appropriate lighting equipment that we needed for our install. This is a professional organization that takes customer service first and foremost into their business frame. Their prices were extremely reasonable all of the guys that came and worked on site were on time, kept a clean workspace and cleaned up after themselves and were just generally super nice people! Overall this was a top-notch experience with an electrical company! No hidden costs, and no double talk. I would strongly recommend Ray’s Electrical to anyone looking to have work done in their home.

After receiving numerous estimates, we decided to go with Ray's to do the bonding and run the electrical to our new swimming pool. They were NOT the cheapest estimate we got, but I was impressed by their professionalism and knowledge when they came out to do the estimate and they left me with a good feeling. They came out to do the work on time and all the guys were VERY professional, courteous and friendly. The work they did was immaculate and everything works and looks great. I am SO GLAD I WENT WITH THEM. Again, they weren't the cheapest, but I can't imagine anybody would have done as good a job as they did.

I needed the services of an electrician after switching some old outlets in the garage and losing power. I searched the next door app and saw a few people recommend Ray's Electrical. The initial contact was pleasant and the office manager was very helpful and ready to provide a service call the next day which I was unable. The appointment was for the morning and they, Frank and Ray, the owner, arrived on time. After discussion Ray recommended trying other avenues to address the other issue I had in my family room without any sale or service pressure.
Regarding the garage, Frank pointed out the problem and corrected the outlet issues promptly.
Their service and professionalism was outstanding and I can see why they receive 5 stars. I highly recommend them and will be my electrician for future needs.

Everybody at Ray's Electric is fantastic!I initially contacted them because of the raving reviews - and they certainly came through! Ray, the owner, was in contact with my husband and I throughout the permit & inspection process as well as visiting our house on the first day of the job to make sure the team knew what to do. Darlene was also fantastic in keeping us updated on permits, appointments and all of the other questions that we had!! We wont need anymore work done for a while now, but I sure wish we did, just for another opportunity to work with them again!
