I went in VERY last minute the people that helped me were so nice and accommodating of my needs! There was 3 people who had a smile on their face even when I kept them late Ariana is one Giselle and Eric please give them great credit for their amazing job done my husband loved the 28 birthday balloons!! Great job guys!

It was the night before my daughters birthday and I stopped with both kids in my car to pick up the balloons they had been looking so forward to. Upon arrival, it was determined that I accidentally sent the order to a different location. Both my kids were crying at this point, and the employee named Makenzie, quickly prepared a new order for me and brought them out to my car. I will utilize this location for all of my needs in the future based on the excellent customer service that was shown!

Decent prices they get you with the ballons the big balloons. The prices though! Steep

They had really cool Elgin High School balloons that I just had to pick up for my graduation party. I absolutely loved them!! The staff was very kind and like always I was greeted with a nice "Hello!" And a welcoming wave. 11/10 Do recommend!! 🎉🎈 🎓 🎈 🎉

This specific Party City is amazing! I ordered balloons for my best friends baby shower online, but for store pickup. The manager, who I believe is Adriana, was so wonderful. We may have played phone tag for a little, but she was great at figuring out my order. She definitely made my experience of ordering from here the first time terrific and I wouldn't have it any other way. Any adjustments you need done to or questions you have can be taken care of. Go here!

Love the Party City store in Elgin!!! They have everything for parties, weddings, gatherings... friendly and knowledgeable staff. I was amazed at the variety in every color and so many styles. Used an online 25% coupon that staff suggested. I am very happy with my purchases!

Staff are really nice. helpful and friendly with me and my toddlers. Nice party store, they do run out of few items, it shows how popular that store is! You can get more varieties online. The customers there are nice too!
