Target

Was looking for a very particular Lego for a 6 year old today. Checked online said 1 in store. Well couldn’t find it anywhere !!! Asked an employee and he was looking everywhere….. he came back with it in his hands!!! I believe I’m spelling his name right … Gamma, you are awesome and thank you so much !!!

Giselle at self check is amazing! I was at the self check out on 8/18 with a huge load in my cart and she was super helpful friendly, went out of her way to get bigger bags for my large items, helped with price checks, and just overall wonderful. She’s a great asset to the Target team!

Best drive up and go experience. So much better than Walmart.

The store is decent and the staff are very helpful. But south Elgin has more stuff compared to this store. Could it be because of the size may be.

Target is great! Probably my favorite store! They have sweet deals with cartwheel and the app. Drive up ordering feels like a luxury! I love it. Always friendly employees.

The girl "America" that does a shift around 11am weekdays at their Starbucks deserves a raise! She makes the BEST drinks, better than any other Starbucks I've been to :)

My local small Target is perfect. The staff is great and the store is clean and well stocked

I used Target's store pick-up option for the first time and was very satisfied. Ordering on-line was easy and the pick-up was quick. I was in and out the door in less than five minutes.

Went to target for a quick last minute purchase. The store was clean and all associates that we came in contact with were very helpful and we didn't feel like we were wasting their time. They genuinely wanted to help us. Lady at the self check out was friendly and kept a small conversation going with whomever was checking out. Everyone seemed to enjoy their job. Will definitely come back to this store.

Store was pretty clean. Carts were clean. My 5 year old daughter was a bit upset to find Starbucks closed as (she had been promised Starbucks from me). The girl at the doors, I believe her name was “Julianna” started a conversation with me and my daughter who was crying at the time. Julianna started joking with my daughter and actually made her stop crying. She answered every question I had and was overall super sweet. The lady at self checkout ( I didn’t get her name) was also super sweet and kept a small convo going with me. Very positive experience.

Typical Target store. Clean, well lit, usual range of choices. My only frustration was that they did not have the gift card I was looking for, but as it was for another retail store I can't be too upset. I did ultimately find what I needed at my local Walgreens.
I do encourage people to shop at Target - it might be a little bit pricey on some stuff, but the selection makes up for it.

By far the best Target and customer service ever. Rosa G was able to help me with an online order, she was very nice and helpful. Great team, great customer service and store is always nice and neat.

Ordering online is so easy. Target prices are great. Pickup is a breeze; I doubt that I was in the store more than 2 minutes before I had my item and was going out the door.

Ran into a problem at checkout. The associate was trying for ten plus minutes to resolve the issue. (She said they got new systems and were still trying to figure them out) She finally called a manager. Stephanie came to help her. I thought I was going to be there forever but stephanie was so nice and helpful. She got me out of there in no time. I have never been so pleased with someone's customer service skills. This women needs a raise!! Thank you for your help!
