I’m very pleased with Mattress Firm. The Sleep Expert, Eric, was very helpful and patient with me as a first-time mattress owner. He gave me a great deal on the price too.
The delivery driver, Javier, was very nice and helpful. The delivery was early and ahead of schedule, which was great. He also helped me with bed setup. My bed feels great, and I definitely recommend people to visit Mattress Firm.

Friendly and informative, integrity is what made the sale. Could have sold me what I didn't need but sold me what I needed. It was a good deal especially with the president day sale going on.

The sales clerk Eric was very, attentive and answered any questions we had. I had purchased a bed 18 Mos. ago and loved the service so, I came back for a second bed.

Eric was very helpful with providing us relevant information in making our selection. He was great to work with and we are hoping our new mattress will exceed our expectations.

We purchased our first Purple Hybrid Premiere mattress, as well as a power base, from this location and the sales associate and manager were wonderful to work with! They answered all of our questions (we had a TON) to make sure we were confident in what we were purchasing and investing our money in. Delivery was ahead of schedule, the delivery guys were very nice and respectful of our home, and they were quick with setup of both the base and the mattress. We are in love with our new purchase, including our pup! 10/10 would recommend and buy from this location for future purchases.

We were thoroughly impressed with the service we received from our salesperson, Eric, at the Elgin, IL, Bowes Road location. We were not particularly planning on purchasing today, although we were planning on purchasing in the next few weeks. Eric was knowledgeable and asked what seemed, to us, to be all the right questions about our wants and needs. We walked out having purchased a mattress that we think will be perfect for us, with platinum delivery service in just few days. And a guaranteed "happy and satisfied plan" which comes with all their mattresses and allows us to make returns or exchanges if this is not perfect. Thank you, Eric! We are excited to sleep on our new hybrid.

The Saleman Derek was the best he really is a mattress expert. He was well manner and very professional.

Derek did a great job in asking me what I was looking for and in showing me the bed that best met my needs. I was pleased with the mattress options along with best frame features. I did do my prior research online and he took that info to make the process go faster and more smooth. The delivery options were within 48 hours. Very pleased and I recommend Derek and the Elgin store! J

The store manager Jesse was incredibly helpful. He spent plenty of time with us on our first visit even though we weren't ready to buy, then kept in touch with new information and to let us know about sales on our preferred mattress. We were happy to go back a couple months later and make our purchase.

We were greeted by Derek as soon as we entered the store. We explained our needs and he listened well; he presented us with a couple of options, including a mattress that was on sale. All in all, the entire process was 20 min. Good value all around, appreciate the professionalism and level of service provided by Derek. Will definitely return for future purchases and will recommended to others.

Matthew was an amazing salesman and did an awesome job. He told us he normally works at a different location. It was nice to go through all the different kinds of mattresses and firmness levels, and Matthew didn't rush us or make us feel pressured to make a decision. He was extremely informative and helpful, he was able to answer every question we had. I'm glad we chose to go to mattress firm, it was a great shopping experience and I'm excited to get our new bed.

Amazing experience! Derrick took good care of me whilst I shopped and was very friendly. This is the second time I've gone and received excellent service. Is it a great place to go to for matresses and the like? 100%! I will be going there again when I need new pillows or beds!
