Very helpful with a nice selection of box mods and cbd products, even a dog section (Very nice addition). You can make custom juices too. I definitely will be back.

I stopped in a couple of days ago. Staff was extremely knowledgeable. The have so many flavors of juice go choose from. Very convertible environment. When I was there the owner took care of two customers, one did not like her juice she bought some time last week he refunded her money back to her no questions asked. Another customer he took care of extremely well. I had a lot of questions and he was very patient and helpful. I would recommend this store to any one and every one.

I absolutely love Vape N Juice because not only does the juice taste so good but the price is great for the in-house and the staff has always been so super helpful and friendly and definitely worth stopping in and checking them out!

Elijah was so helpful & really knew his stuff! He was a very convincing salesman & knew exactly what I liked after only telling him a little bit about what juices I typically like. The service was fast & he was so friendly! Definitely the best vape shop I’ve been to.

This place rocks! The staff are always helpful and are knowledgeable in conversation. Unlike some other vape shops, these guys seem to really enjoy themselves in the vape world. I was feeling the blues this morning, but definitely wasn't by the time I left this store. Kudos to Ryan for asking me how I liked my tanks/mods and actually being interested in my feedback. I stopped in tonight for my first time. Ryan was so kind and helped me get what I needed and showed me how to use everything thoroughly. I am new to the world of vape (as I am trying to quit smoking) but i never felt uncomfortable at all in this store. Plus the flavors are great. I will definitely be going back!

It has been very hard for me to find a shop that lets you customize your juice the way you want and the only one that used to near my home has closed. It was over a 20 minute drive to get to this shop and I’m glad I did. The selection was abundant and the gentleman working there (I didn’t catch his name) was fully taking care of many customers at once without looking agitated or overwhelmed. And then when I was finished the prices were much better than the shops closer to my home. I will gladly make the trip from now on when ever I need to re-stock :)

I came in looking for a tank that works for me since my current ones weren't giving me the draw I wanted. Elijah was awesome and knowledgeable about what I was looking for, I got a tank with a nice draw. They have a lot of nice products on display and to try and tons of juice to select from.

I needed to stock up on some ejuice while on vacation. I was AMAZED with how many flavors were available! I ended up going with the Dragon Fruit flavor & fell in love! I wish they had a shop like this in my town. I will definitely be returning on my next trip to Elgin.

Great product.consistent flavor. House juice available in whatever strength you want, which makes it a great value (and much less mess).

Diego was awesome and super helpful, he helped me find a new mod and tank after my old one crapped out on me after almost 4 years of having it ! He also help me find a juice that I actually fell in love with which is completely amazing to me because I'm so picky about juices!!!

Came in to surprise my wife with a new vape and juice. Matt was great. Went over juice levels and gave me options and explained ones I wanted broken down. I knew nothing about vaping or juice and he was patient and explained everything very well. Plan on coming back.
