If I could five them 10 stars I would. My whole purchase experience was amazing. David gave me the best deal around the area. Not only did he give me the best deal for my 2024 GV70 Prestige, he also helped me fix one thing that was making me hesitant to purchase. He switched the mesh part on my seats with genuine leather. Everything was delivered as promised. Ajay was my salesman. He was wonderful to work with. The transaction went smooth and was in and out the dealership in about 2 hours….and that’s only because the accounting was backed up…otherwise I am sure I would have walked out in less than an hour. I really appreciate their profesionalism and dedication to detail.If you think that Elgin is too far out of your area, it was for me too….but it’s worth it and they also have the complimentary maintenance and valet service ( 3 years included or can extend to 8 years), they will pick up your car at the address of your choosing and will bring it back after maintenance performed. So you can’t even say it’s too far because the only time you need to be there is when you purchase the car..and I promise you won’t regret it.My car is perfect!😍

I purchased a GV80. I came in already approved by my credit union. My salesman Ajay advised me that they could do better which they did. My transaction went smooth and easy. Everyone was friendly and knowledgeable about the cars they are selling. I went alone so when the deal was done I had to cars I needed to get home, not a problem at all they kept my new purchase cleared, gas it up and delivered my new car to my home, where Ajay went over all the features and showings me how to operate them. Overall I had a great experience with Ajay & the team!

I purchased a Genesis sedan this winter and I’ve been very pleased with the vehicle. When I had a minor issue on my car I stopped by the dealer in Elgin and was directed to Ida to help me out. She was terrific at every step of the process and took excellent care of me and my vehicle.

There is a Hyundai/Genesis dealer five minutes from my home so the next time I needed maintenance I went to the dealer close to my home. I was very disappointed in the service I received and how I was treated. I expected much more especially from a luxury car brand.

When I had another issue come up with my car I returned to Genesis of Elgin and working with Ida who once again went above and beyond to make sure I was well taken care of. I also worked with Ben Oliver the service manager who also treated me really well.

It is unfortunate that there isn’t better service at the dealer in my own backyard, but you can’t replace excellent service. I will be taking my Genesis to Elgin Genesis from now on.

Great people to do business with - Jeremy Rosa was awesome in communicating with us. No smoke and mirrors... straight foward...
