They always have a good selection. Reasonable prices. The beef there is very flavorful! A little pricey, but definitely worth it. They have very good meat! It has never been a fail. Also checkout there Ice cream they offer a good variety.Definetly download the app if you shop there a lot. Start earning points for you next purchase and for coupons. I waited forever to download. I wish I would have known sooner! 🤦🏼‍♀

My store for groceries. I love this place. I am handicapped so I order groceries to be picked up. It is always ready ahead of time which is a blessing. The order is easy to navigate and most of the time the ordered food is in stocks. The associates than deliver the food to your car are the sweetest people and are very hard workers.

We ordered a 2 layer, round chocolate birthday cake with whip cream frosting. It was the freshest cake that melted in your mouth and was beautifully decorated.
It was ONLY $20! Love the Jewel bakery!

Great clean fully stocked store. Way above my store on Summit in Elgin😞. How about adding better toilet paper in your store? Very cheap and a disservice to customers knowing how high prices are.

I most always shop at my local. They have a good selection of what I want, the people are always friendly and helpful. Needed something on a top shelf and a stock man was very helpful, got a ladder to reach them.

The Director of this store (pretty sure his name is Al) and the rest of the managers and employees are top notch. I am at this Jewel at least 3-4 times a week. I never have an issue finding someone when I need help. The store (even through the worst of the pandemic) was kept pretty well stocked and VERY CLEAN! They have great produce! This is my favorite Jewel 😍

Mr. Patel is amazing! He asks all the right questions to make sure you are ok and understand your medications. Also, Maritza, Khushi make a great team!! I have been in several other pharmacies around this area and I can’t compare! The amazing customer service along with their friendly and positive attitude with the best prices why would you not come here. Get in!

I would like to take the time and personally thank the amazing Deli staff. My family and I buy groceries from this Jewel frequently and meats from the deli. We are usually helped by Hector C. or Erick M. and I must say, Thank you to these young men for their professionalism and courtesy, I appreciate how knowledgeable Hector is about the meats and other offerings you have in the Deli. Honesty, I have never had a problem with or have an complaint about any of the staff at this Jewel location. Thank you Jewel-Osco for hiring quality people to serve in your stores.

I went in just for bread and eggs but I saw great deals on the way to get the items, and I remember I had the app to get the free Saturday item. Went in for eggs and bread, came out with more items because the deals were to pass. The cashier were really nice and quick we had a good laugh. overall all they made the check out experience amazing they we’re moving the lines supper quick. Definitely coming back to this jewel!!!!!

I like shopping at this Jewel because of a cashier named Jackie ! She is the nicest most helpful happiest self-service cashier ever ! She is always there to help with pricing and bagging and just brings a sense of family to this store !

REVIEW FOR BAKERY...I went in to get a cake for my sons 8th grade graduation party. I was greeted by Erica. I picked my cake and immediately she told me that particular one had a black frosting that would /could stain teeth Black for a bit. She than suggested fudge. I'm sooo very grateful for her. She could've easily written it down an gotten me out of there. It's like she genuinely cared.. needless to say the cake is absolutely perfect for our occasion. I will be looking for her in any future cake purchases

Lately they been having alot of deals. And, I love their bakery and deli. Try their roast beef sliced cook it in the skillet with some grilled onions and green peppers and some rice with soy sauce. It's such a quick and delicious meal.

I always enjoy buying all of my needs at Jewel-Osco. store has a good selection of produce product. Great selection of essential items, and many more. Found items easily, and shelves are well stocked and I received great customer service from the staff. They were very helpful, courteous and professional. The sales are very good too!!! Typical Jewel food store. Clean and bright, wide selection and generally decent pricing, especially if you catch a sale on the item you want. Jewel food stores in general, and this one in particular, will always be high on my list of places to go.
