AT&T Store

Elijah was an excellent customer service representative he helped me get a new phone and do a full setup and recover my old info from my broken phone. Gave me and my mom some insight on our bill and was so nice. I would recommend him to anyone and everyone! Elijah will be the guy I go to for anything AT&T related from now on.

This story service is amazing. They resolved any issues without any delay. I am very happy with service and support and products. I recommend everyone this store. Julian is very good and knowledgeable person working over there and he helps with any issues or problems.

Went in after the holidays to start a new phone plan and the manager Thomas was very helpful and pleasant. I was happy with the store and its employees!

Julian greeted me as I walked in the door and took extremely good care of me. He immediately knew how to solve my problem and went above and beyond in customer service. It was a breath of fresh air working with him. He was knowledgeable, kind and I didn't feel pushed into purchasing extra products (though I did end up buying a few extras). If need be I will go out of my way to work with him in the future! 5 star service!

I stopped in to make some iPhone purchases and was immediately asked how I could be helped by Sergio. Sergio was extremely helpful as well as knowledgeable made our in store experience and purchase process a painless one. I would refer Sergio to my friends and family without hesitation. Last fall I worked with Adrian S. on my personal line. He worked with me and explained everything to the smallest detail. I was so pleased with Adrian that this month, I trusted him with setting up my business account with 2 phones. Adrian went above and beyond working on what I needed even after hours. That kind of care and dedication is what makes me a customer of not just AT&T, but of Adrian's. I will be adding on services and lines as my family and business grows and I know I can count on Adrian to take care of me. Google only allows me to give 5 stars but he deserves more.

I visited this store yesterday evening. Their employee, Ricky, was extremely helpful with my inquires and he made the purchasing process and line addition of my new device the simplest time I’ve spent at any AT&T store ever. He answered every question I had and was also incredibly patient with the rest of the customers in that store.

My boyfriend and I waited in line for the new iPhone plus on the store release date, unfortunately the pluses were not released in store which was really frustrating but Dylan the store manager told us we could order them in store right then. The process took a while but Dylan was extremely helpful. He even let us ship or phones to the store since we didn't feel comfortable shipping them to our apartment. We were also looking for cases and didn't see any we liked, Dylan showed us the online website and ordered us the cases we really liked. When our phones came in the customer service was great again. Dylan made sure we turned the phones on there to make sure our contacts synced etc. This location is not the closest to my apartment but I will go back here any time I need to go to an at&t store due to the awesome service we were provided. Thanks Dylan for making our experience great!

I visited AT& T Streamwood place on Wednesday, 2/13 with a problem with our home
phone . I tried to solve the problem via on - line
as well as via technical support with no results. Then I came to Streamwood branch , met Germaine Moore who gave me all the technical support , called so many places to get my password to get on our account. Then he arranged for technician to come to our house to fix the issues. He spent one and half hours calling different people to solve the problems.
He is amazingly dedicated person who tries to
solve the issues. I am thankful that you hired such a nice and compassionate person for your
company. I wish him all the success in life.

I arrived with an issue with my prepaid service that was porting over a new number, we had been trying to figure this out with att for over a month on the phone. Finally we went to a store where Adrian sat down with us and he figured it all out for us. It was not easy as there had been some miscommunication about porting over my old phone number. Adrian however did not give up and he did not stop trying different things until it was fixed. I now have my prepaid service with att and will be recommending Adrian and At&t to my family, they are also looking to make a switch.

Worked with Sergio on 2 new I-Phone 12’s today…what a great representative…kind, polite, and extremely knowledgeable. Very pleasant experience.

I recently purchased an LG G8 from the manager Adem, it was a great customer service expierence. Adem was patient with me and answered all of my questions in a professional manner. I love the phone and the service I received from this store!

Had a great experience upgrading my phone. Germaine and Adem were both very personable and knowledgeable . I work in customer service myself and recognize great service when i see it. I highly recommend this location .
