Target

I've become a huge fan of this store over the past year. Esp now that I have their app. The online shopping is great, especially for grocery pick up. Everyone at the store is super friendly... everyone!. I'm there at least 1x per week. It's now my "go to" store in the area. I used to get annoyed at so many things being out of stock on the shelves (even pre pandemic) but they seem to be getting better with that. Special shout out to Ann and Bonnie (they are usually in the self check/cashier area). And the guy in produce, always says hello.
Starbucks super friendly too.

I love the target store, I like their offers and I am surprised that I can get products of very good quality and at a better price, I really recommend it. When shopping online I love them, the packages arrive with the best quality and when I pick up at the store it is easy and fast, the employees are very friendly.

Very well stocked store every time I have been here. Staff has been friendly. Store has been generally clean to my liking and all the facing was done well. Bathrooms were clean.

If you miss EXCELLENT and FRIENDLY customer service, go see DENISE and the crew at Target in Streamwood. She was so helpful, knowledgeable and patient during my visit there yesterday- it made my day! I was super impressed with each Red Team interaction while I was there but she went above and beyond during my check out . Thank you for the positive customer experience, Target and Denise😊

Great place to shop. Large selection and prices. The staff is very helpful. Clean store. There were many people checking out at the same time but the lines moved quickly.

This is one of my favorite locations.. especially since the remodel. Store pick up is great, store is always clean.. they do the best they can to keep it stocked even with supply chain issues.

Always a great place to shop. Clean, well organized, and the inventory usually is there when it says it's available online. Friendly staff, I've been recognized on multiple occasions and a particular man in bakery/deli/produce area always offer to help!

This is one of the cleanest and most organized Target stores I’ve been in, and I’ve been in a lot of Target stores.
Pickup is super fast and easy. The staff is very friendly. The employees in electronics are very helpful and know where everything is. Their craft beer section is pretty decent as well.

I came here after work today and it was a very nice trip not too busy and I was super excited that they finally have some of the Halloween stuff out. I went to go check out Taryn (it said she was new on her name tag) went above and beyond and actually put the bags in my cart and did it with a smile on her face I was very happy with her service :)

Open aisles, easy to see signage, friendly staff

The Target employees went above and beyond to assist me in getting my purchase put together for my granddaughter's birthday! Extremely efficient communication with me via phone as time was important. Very helpful at pickup. The whole process was so friendly and so easy for me!

Had a helpful associate Kenish (I couldn't remember his name specifically) while I was searching for a particular ice cream that I could not find. He stopped and was able to look up and see if they had any in stock. He stopped and asked while he was stocking and saw me searching up and down the aisle for it. He was helpful and checked stock to see if they carried the specific item I was looking for.

I was shopping online and I found that the taxes made the item $10 more than it was supposed to be. I chatted with a Target Agent and the Agents name was Rose. She was very kind and she actually ended up paying for my delivery fee for me. I love Target and I have and will always have a great experience there!! Thank you Rose!!!

So this morning I had my 3rd interview For my dream teaching job. I woke up nervous and excited until I figured out I forgot my blazer. I ran frantically into Target to try and find one before my interview. Although, I was looking forward and super focused on the mission at hand, I saw a smiling face standing in the isle who greeted me “Good morning!”. I replied back quickly and kept searching for a blazer. Minutes later, I fly to the register wearing the blazer with the tag in my hand. The smiling face told me to follow her she'd assist me and said she could tell I was in a rush. I told her I had an interview and to my surprised she asked where it was located. We exchanged some more quick conversation regarding the interview, in which she repeatedly complimented me on how nice I looked. She told me to relax, I would do great, and If they did not choose me they didn't deserve me. Lastly, she came around the register and gave me a hug; her name was Lori. She told me to come back and let her know how it went. I've never seen customer service at this level in my life it was impeccable! As a hairstylist and educator who deals with customers all the time I really feel like Lori went above expectation to provide excellent customer service not because she was trained well or it was her job but because of her integrity; What you do when no one is looking. Lori calmed me down, made sure I had what I came in the store with, and made sure I left with a genuine smile on my face. I wish it were more Lori’s in the world you never know how something so simple can impact someone's life. After Lori’s encouraging words I was able to relax and I blew the interview out the water! Oh, and yes I did get my dream job!

Excellent customer service picking up an order for my wife and from a woman in the self checkout line named Harshey (spelling?). She helped me with gift cards that I received from my students.
