Took my son shopping for new shoes today. Lady that was working there was so helpful and so kind. Great costumer service. Store was very organized and clean everything we were looking for was in stock. Great experience. We will be coming back for more shoes in the near future.

Absolutely happy with our visit today! We were welcomed upon entering. We were there to pick up, but we also wanted to look around. We found 2 pairs of shoes and got 4 packs of socks. The cashier let us know if the current sales as soon as we walked in and he also let us know of available coupons that we didn't realize we had in the app. He is super helpful, excellent customer service. We will definitely be back soon!

I bought two pair of toddler sandals and picked the wrong size for one and the wrong color for the other. I went to Famous Footwear in Streamwood to exchange the sandals. They didn’t have what I wanted in stock, but they ordered the ones I was looking for. They were shipped free of charge to my address. Dejah was extremely helpful in making sure I got what I needed. I think it’s a wonderful policy of Famous Footwear to ship free of charge shoes that are not in stock at the store.

First of all I need to say that the people that work there are fantastic. They had so many styles in so many sizes it was hard for me to choose. Give them your email address and you will get coupons all the time 15 to 20% off. The store as well organized and there are such selections. If you want a great sturdy shoe for an extremely reasonable price this is the place to go. I was very happy with the selection I got to choose from and found a great pair of extremely comfortable shoes

I recently purchased a pair of Doc Marten from this store, and I could not be more satisfied with the experience. From the first step in the door, I was immediately welcomed and asked if I needed service. Eventually Brett, did a fantastic job helping me search the Famous Footwear catalogue to find the right boot for me. Eventually, the shoes were shipped in and took no less than 3 business days.

Called me old fashion, but this experience beats buying on amazon every time, plus I saved over $50! Next time you need shoes, stop in, ask for Brett and save some money. You'll be happy you did

The team here at the Streamwood store is fantastic. They’re very personable, work great in a fast paced environment and provide excellent service. They helped me find the perfect shoes! Brandon listened to my needs and made a recommendation for rubber laces. They even did ALL the work to get them in the shoes. Fernando and team really hit it out of the park! Always seem to find a pair of shoes for me at this location. I'm pretty cheap nowadays when it comes to gym shoes and so far ever single time I have come to this store, I walk out a pair or 2. The salesperson( don't know his name ) has been extremely helpful every time.

Big selection of nice shoes, If you're a member you get coupons and discounts,very convenient location and good customer service.

The store opens at 10, so anyone waiting outside at 9 should definitely read the sign on the front door that states the hours. It's a good store.
