Dr. Kandare is professional and efficient but personable. He explains things well and gives clear recommendations. He is not pushy about hearing aids.

I had a very pleasant experience getting my hearing tested (for free). The results were at the low end of the acceptable range, but there was absolutely no pressure to buy hearing aids. My husband thought I needed them, but John (the audiologist) explained how what my husband thought was hearing loss was nothing out of the he normal behavior in some people. It was a very informative visit.

Dr John is wonderful: highly professional, very personable, and with a doctorate from Pitt, his office is just as exemplary. Clean, comfortable, very modern, and well equipped for for service and fittings. Fully recommend.

My father's hearing aid had stopped working. I called the center and John readily agreed to look at it. He promptly got back to me, assured me that it could be fix and quoted a very reasonable price. Since our schedules did not match up, John helped problem solve and I was able to drop it off and pick it up when it was convenient for me. Most importantly, John was both courteous and professional. The Chagrin Hearing Center will have my business in the future!

I went to Chagrin Hearing to be fitted for hearing aids that were given to me. I went in knowing nothing at all about hearing aids and John was very patient and kind with instructions on how to use them. I had previously contacted a couple other places closer to where I live and I got the distinct impression that they did not want to bother with me because I was not interested in purchasing hearing aids since I had a pair that could be re-programmed for me. I would recommend Chagrin Hearing Center because they are knowledgeable, comprehensive and caring.

I finally made the move to address my loss of hearing. I discovered that my insurance covers a portion of the cost. They led me to Chagrin Hearing Center. John has been extremely helpful in diagnosing my hearing loss and setting me up with a proper set of hearing aids. The whole experience has been great. I received my hearing aids and was given full explanation on their use. It is also good to know I can get support if and when I need it. Chagrin Hearing has my recommendation.

My husband was able to get a timely appointment and felt that the hearing exam and the follow-up review were very thorough and complete. Dr. Kandare was also helpful in contacting our insurance company to confirm what benefits Matt would be eligible for under the new plan that went into effect just a few weeks ago. We ordered a pair of hearing aids that should arrive in the next few days. This is a very friendly and caring practice that made me feel immediately that we were in good hands.
