Embassy Suites by Hilton Cleveland Beachwood

recently stayed at the Embassy Suites, and it was an experience I’d highly recommend. From the moment I stepped in, the clean and comfortable room created a welcoming atmosphere, making it feel like a home away from home. The room was well-equipped with a convenient kitchen, including a fridge and microwave, which added to the overall comfort during my stay.

The hotel’s amenities were top-notch, with a nice gym and pool that catered to my fitness needs and provided a relaxing option during my downtime. The lobby’s beauty was striking, creating an impressive entrance that spoke volumes about the hotel’s attention to detail and ambiance.

One of the highlights of my stay was the complimentary drinks and food served every night. It was a generous touch that made evenings at the hotel something to look forward to. Beyond the facilities, what truly set this hotel apart was the staff. They were exceptionally nice and friendly, always ready to assist with a smile, making my stay even more pleasant.

In summary, my experience at the Embassy Suites was outstanding, thanks to its comfortable accommodations, excellent amenities, and remarkable hospitality. I would eagerly look forward to staying here again on my next visit.

I usually don’t leave reviews however this time I thought it was necessary. I have stayed at this property last year, however after staying last month, I noticed many things have changed for the better. I had asked the front desk and they informed me the property is under new management. Definitely was noticeable and I was impressed with the changes made thus far! The staff is friendly and professional, overall was a great stay and I can’t wait to come back again soon especially with the changes being made with the new management.

Great location, delicious hot breakfast and a nice free happy hour. The hotel is starting to look a little worn and could use some updating, but still a nice place to stay. And I never got tired of walking into the atrium and seeing the healthy live plants and waterfall features.

I used the conference rooms/event rooms for 2 days, the Event Staff, starting with Tammy and Willie was top notch! Tammy planned and booked the event with me and Willie took care of food, service and made sure my group had everything they needed!
I highly recommend for business meetings small conferences! Great job Embassy staff!

Very nice hotel. Staff was great. Comfy room. Only wish there was coffee available, more than just during breakfast, for us guests.

The Embassy Suites by Hilton; well let's see. The surroundings serene, the rooms pleasantly made for true relaxation, the food delicious with superb flavors and taste.... my experience at the Embassy Suites by Hilton gave me a different view as to what's pleasing. You see sometime it's not always about the stars of the establishment; because the ( hospitality at the Embassy Suites by Hilton in Beachwood were priceless. ). Well done team of excellence.

We were there for a hockey tournament this weekend. My personal experience was good. The hotel is a little bit dated and the living room furniture was old but the room was clean and the bed was comfortable. There was no daily housekeeping but we got what we needed when things needed to be replenished. The hotel was understaffed but the staff were extremely friendly and helpful anytime I approached them. Check in and out were easy and the breakfast was good and plentiful.

Not that I've stayed at very many hotels, but this hotel has the most spacious area for casual large gathering! We had many family members there, too many for any of our rooms so the open areas with tables, etc. were very handy. Hotel rooms were all spacious and comfortable.

Very unusual layout, very modern & open, but extremely functional. NICE suites: ours had living room, bar with fridge & microwave, bath with walk-in shower, plus a 2nd vanity w/sink in bedroom, great linens & pillows. Very nice staff at front desk & bar & breakfast. Fantastic breakfast with everything you could want! Freeway close (20 minutes) to everywhere we wanted to go.

Good hotel, but the rooms need updating

My daughter had a sleepover for her 10th birthday and needless to say she did not want to leave. We had an excellent experience, all the staff were very friendly and nice. We all loved the breakfast options! Every one was very accommodating

I've been here 2 weeks and booked for another week so I have had plenty of time to find out about this place. I'd 100% recommend a stay here and will book here every time I'm in town. The staff get an A++. The weekends do get a lot of families and the past two weekends have had youth hockey teams here so it's been very noisy but it's normally quite by 9pm. You can't beat the breakfast and the rooms are very roomy. My only complaint on the staff is housekeeping, there is no consistency, one day they clean it so good, the next they don't. The other staff have been exceptional, and very accommodating and very helpful. I can't say enough good things about the front desk staff and the weekend breakfast team. The hotel itself is clean and it offers a laundry room. I will disagree with the woman who made the race statement, having been here awhile, I've witnessed 1st hand that the hotel does not discriminate. It's sad everything has to go to the race card.

My visit was for business. My room was very clean, the entire hotel was very clean. The hotel staff was extremely courteous, tending to every one and their needs. The food was well prepared, dining was excellent and the extended hours of service fit well in my schedule.
The happy hours in the evening was a great way to wind down after a busy day.

This hotel is 5 star. Customer service is outstanding. Rooms are clean and did I mention ready to order hot breakfast with a chef whose personality is nothing but class. I would definitely stay here again.

Our room was clean, and nice. It was the Embassy suites one is accustomed to. The real experience came at the breakfast station. Oh Ms Jackie! She is amazing. Friendly, food was delicious. She is the reason to stay here again again. She is personable. P

I worked with Ms. Chase on booking our formal event.She was very helpful and professional. Our event room and dining was handled by Will and his crew. They did an absolutely excellent job. They were friendly, professional and accommodating to our needs.
