Our experience with the dealer and the salesperson Steve Hohs was the best we ever experience. Especially, considering our previous experience with another Nissan car dealer/salesperson was totally ridiculous. The salesperson was very pushy.
Steve made us feel welcome and confident in his sales experience. He was knowledgeable and really by the time we left his office, we (my husband and I) felt as though we were a family. He was very humble, understanding and made us felt very relaxed. I will recommend Steve to anyone who is looking for a vehicle at Ken Ganley in Mayfield. He's the Best!!!

Mike was amazing. Had a problem with my brake calipers on a Rogue that was out of warranty time-wise but had fewer miles than the warranty normally covers. He suggested getting in touch with Nissan as a good faith request and they helped out…he literally saved us around $2000. Really appreciate him going out of his way to let us know that was an option. 10/10 highly recommend.

I recently purchased a 2017 Nissan Murano Platinum from Ganley Nissan in Mayfield Heights. The experience was a blessing from start to finish!

We arrived and were immediately greeted by Steven Hohs our salesmen who acted with integrity and went out of his way to meet our needs and serve us. He was very knowledgeable about the vehicle, a good listener, and he went out of his way to answer all of my questions. Later the sales manager got involved, Brandon Boro who was also an absolute pleasure to deal with. Brandon was friendly, direct, and was very fair in regards to pricing. Brandon was even kind enough to give me a full set of winter mats! Finally we wrapped things up with Steve Bourbonnais the finance manager. Steve was informative, worked hard to get me a great rate, and I felt educated but not pressured.

The entire sales process was a delight. We arrived unannounced, my mom and I left and had some lunch, upon our return the car was detailed, the gas tank was full, and the truck was ready to be taken home. We were also able to leave the Enterprise Rental Car we arrived in on the lot and Steve Hohs made sure the keys and car were returned safely as a courtesy.

Finally, thanks again Ken Ganley for a great experience and serving my needs and my family again! I am grateful to be able to call you a friend.

The staff at Ganley Nissan, specifically Steve H. And Johnny S. (sales) Kamal R. (finance) and Adam and Brent (service) are phenomenal! This is our third vehicle from them and I could not be happier. Steve went above and beyond by creating an environment that was respectful, informational, but also comfortable. What set Steve apart is how he gave the time I needed in a relaxed manner, as we spent hours comparing multiple models and trims together. If there was something I did not like and said no- he never challenged it. He listened to every want and need and did not settle until he found the perfect vehicle. The amount of detail Steve and Johnny placed into the shopping experience was wonderful and yes now I feel comfortable parking this much larger suv in my garage! Kamal was a pleasure to work with, and I left feeling blessed from our conversations. Steve- Thanks for letting me borrow your avocado stress ball, didn't really need him after all! By the way, I named him Stan because you did the Stanley Quencher test, and fits in all 14 cup holders :)

I cannot say how wonderful they are! I live in another state but found the vehicle I wanted through AutoTrader, which happened to be at this dealership. I contacted them and they helped me every step of the way. Alicia was my first contact and she was extremely helpful and nice and understanding.
