Heinen's Grocery Store

Thanks to Gabe, Ryan and Dan for saving Christmas Eve dinner! The tenderloin was cooked to perfection. The 3 of you could not have been more helpful and accommodating!

I grow my own Green's and kale, something have been eating everything in my garden. Heinens was the next best option for fresh Greens.

I had a glass of wine while I shopped. Picked up a great birthday cake-chocolate mouse. There is a beer bar and great selection of wines. Then I had a hot cup of tea with a lemon square. Nice eating area and great service and the employees were extremely friendly. Great store.

We had a great experience there on Friday. There was a good band playing and there were a lot of people there, at a variety of ages enjoying the food, the drinks and the general atmosphere. I thought it was better than at some of the other places around the town.

The staff are always helpful and very accommodating. They also keep the store clean and well stocked. One of my favorite locations. I came in looking for a specific item, and before I could ask someone for it, I was approached and asked....What can I help you with? I was then taken to the appropriate dept and another helpful lady went to the back and got 2 of the taco kits for me. I wish I had gotten both of their names, so that could be recognized. Great job to the ladies in prepared foods!

A Cleveland staple with locations downtown, Shaker Heights and Chagrin Falls. My favorite grocery store for all my staples. The old school grocery loading into your car provided by the store is a nice touch. The downtown location is incredible and also has a nice wine bar.

One of the best little grocery stores I've ever been in. We love the tasting room. On a nice afternoon with the "garage" doors open it's perfect. Even during a pandemic. It's come a long way from the Woolworth's lunch counter that was there a long time ago!

Wow! If I drank wine, this would be the place to go. Multiple wines to try, by the glass. Excellent place to meet someone for a first date. And they have Sushi Wednesday when it is discounted, awesome! Newly remodeled, it just FEELS good to be in this store; don't know why, but I come out happier.

Heinen’s is the best grocery store in NE Ohio and this may be my favorite of them. Large enough to have what you need, but small enough that you can get in and out quickly.

For the wine drinkers, there is a magnificent selection of dispensed wines by the glass, including some grand cru and 1er cru burgundies not often seen in local restaurants and definitely not seen by the glass.

This is a 10/10.

Samantha at the food counter was amazingly accommodating in getting us a to-go order late on a Sunday. The kitchen was officially closed a few minutes prior, but she was great about getting our dinner order done. Amazing customer service.

Local owners, they do their best to keep sale items in stock, produce fresh, or carry special request things . Their meat is the best, I won't buy meat any other place. You can always call their office, speak with the appropriate people or Jeff Heinin. I love them for many reasons, but dedication to the area and philanthropy are some of the best reasons to be a loyal Heinins shopper.

Always a helpful staff, convenient and easy in and out. Slightly limited selection in the durable foods areas, but great selection in the beer, wine, deli, sushi, bakery, produce, seafood and meet counters.

Any place where you can drink wine and shop is a good place. Their cafe has excellent food and beverages. Even with its small size they have all the groceries you need. Service is always wonderful.

Wonderful store! Great prices. World Class customer service. Amazing food at great prices. Check out the gourmet case, and have lunch at their cafe. Got a portabella quesadilla and fish tacos with fresh home made guacamole and hot cantina chips for under 16 bucks. Can't beat this grocer. They even have a dog leash hook up with water and treats. Love love love. Also wine by the glass. At a self serve dispenser. Just insert your credit card and pour yourself a glass. So neat.

My favorite grocery store chain, the best! They have great fresh seafood, steaks, and veggies, as well as everything else you can expect from a top grocery store.

We did a cheese and wine pairing with Shannon and Ed. What a great experience. Both are so knowledgeable and passionate.

We held a Community Wellness Dinner at the Heinen's event room. The staff was very friendly and helpful. This is a great place for an event to be held, in addition to grocery shop!

Love this store. Always great quality products. I make sure to stop in here before I visit my family in Chagrin Falls. They even put your groceries in your vehicle.
