A lot more than just a hardware store! Some really unusual treasures and trinkets tucked here and there. Appears to be a landmark in Chagrin Falls and has obviously been there a long time, back to the turn of the 20th century. Worth a look-see!

This is midtown america at its best, also one of the best and most intriguing hardware stores you will ever experience. This is a mom and pop shop You can't let the big box stores take out, give it some love. Went to get an item and they saw so many things, I asked if they sell dog bones, They provide bones to customer's dogs. And just gave me a box to save me a trip. Thank you so much Rick and Jack.

Very helpful hardware store, The staff usually knows exactly where to find whatever it is you need. They have just about everything from gas pipe to windows screens and antiques. Uf you need help with your home project it's not a bad place to ask. Decent selection of local products as well. Even if you're not looking for hardware it's worth coming in and taking a look.

Great place to find otherwise hard to locate parts for your home, especially for restoration or repair projects! Particularly helpful and knowledgable staff as well.

You will probably find whatever you are looking for at this hardware store. If you don't, you will find something you didn't know that you needed. The staff is beyond helpful and knowledgeable. The hardware is the place you must visit when you come to Chagrin. Vintage cabinets, unique finds, basic hardware supplies, superb paint department, seasonal decorations, antiques and the family that owns the store has a history as rich as the store itself.

Always a fun experience, even just to look around. Can’t wait for Halloween exhibit to reopen this year! 🎃

I dropped off 7 kitchen knives and two hand axes for sharpening. The axes were ready the next day$3.50 each, the knives a Wed-to Wed turn-around time done off premises. Chagrin Hardware is a breath of fresh air, a reminder of what it means to own your store and know where everything is, what is its best use. It is a walk back into hardware store history to go through that tall entry door. I could spend hours here, a welcoming museum like feel with absolutely everything you could possibly need. It is a movie set waiting for the cameras to roll, and it is sheer joy to shop there. Don't miss it, and save your big box list for this gem of a store.

You cannot find a hardware store with better service or better customer experiences. This is truly a hardware store from a bygone era. It is family owned and walking up and down the aisles is a fun adventure because not only is there traditional hardware store items but also antiques and curiousities. I enjoy just going there a browsing. Everyone in the Chagrin Falls area should consider this store as their first stop for their hardware needs. These independent stores are not easy to find and supporting this store is a great experience.

Best hardware store+ in the country. It's my first stop for anything I need hardware wise. The staff is very knowledgeable - especially on the nuances of older houses. They also have a ton of antiques and memorabilia. A great stop when you visit Chagrin Falls and a staple if you live here.

Chagrin Hardware and Supply Company has authenticity and soul. The history of this place has helped to build and maintain homes and businesses around the greater community god many decades. The people who run the store are very knowledgeable on a huge variety or repair/construction and household knowledge, but also very courteous, kind, and sage like in the general wisdom of life.
This place does not have everything one will need, but it sure does have a great selection of the solid basics of a hardware store. It also has some very unique items you will find no where else on the planet. That’s the fun and the mystery of shopping here. With many new stores in the community it’s wonderful have an anchor like Chagrin Hardware abd Supply Company in the Village.

Great place, been there "forever" and combines basic hardware, tools, paint, etc with quaint collectables in its original truly vintage location. One of the original storefronts of the lovely town of Chagrin Falls, giving today's shoppers or visitors a taste of what the village was like in years gone by...

In many ways the heart and soul of Chagrin Falls. The good people, the accessibility for what you need. Helpful, charming. And yes, it has that hardware store smell, that I'd dab behind my ears, if they bottled it.

Love the small town feel of this place! Very friendly. I have only bought duck food from them, as I live too far away for it to be my hardware store. They treat me as well as if I were buying an expensive item! I would definitely recommend them to locals!

A one of a kind experience in today's amazon/big box retail world. Family owned and operated, "shopping" here is like going back in time and it's a fun ride. If your visiting Chagrin Falls it's a must stop.

They are really nice and helpful but prices are high. What do u expect its chagrin falls. I know a lot of things i purchased i could have ordered. Online but what is the point you'll have to wait for it to come. Who has the patients for that. Not I

A old-fashioned hardware store filled with character, antiques and every small screw, fastener, nail you could ever want. Best Halloween display in town. Watch out for the jumping spiders!
