Walmart Supercenter

They have good affordable work boots, keep feet safe and warm on a budget.
The grocery areas are always well stocked and workers don't get in the way of customers when an isle gets crowded with getters and shoppers.
I can usually find whatever I need here, although I no longer see the bigger sizes past 3XL in clothing.

Also they have not had any Brown's brown and orange yarn since before Halloween 2023, better luck next year.

Things seem to be a lot better than the last couple times I was at this Walmart nicer employees cleaner building and the same great deals you get at any Walmart and you can actually find things now.. Friendly help.

Gonna go ahead and leave this here as a time stamp before i come back with my receipt. I have a pair of andis clippers i purchased. Bagged and set behind a self-serve kiosk. I’ll be back to get them. Total proof of purchase. Please hold them. Wouldn’t have happened if i had an associate on hand. See ya soon

The gentleman in the electronics department was absolutely awesome, he was kind and courteous and just all around great!!!!

Recently, I've seen slight improvements. Usually no to little wait for self check outs. Items have been decently stocked. The crowd has been chill (I think an Eastlake cop consistently being there has helped). Prices may have gone up a little? But still cheaper than most alternatives. Inflation 😢

This is a super clean, well stocked WalMart! The staff are helpful and courteous, shelves are well stocked and everything is in order. The parking lot and carts are clean and well organized. A great shopping experience!

Lots of items that you need found here. Help was everywhere to answer your question. Will shop again. Best bakery in all the Walmarts .

We get all our prescriptions here. Always ready and correct. They say hi and,call me by my name .

20201205: Grocery
I was in the grocery aisle, in the way like a typical male shopper lost lol. So this associate was stocking and I didn't want to disturb him, but before I could get it out, he asked me if he could help me find something. I said "man, I can never find the spinach wraps".
Eddie said "follow me sir" carried his box in hand and took me right to them! Now that's the kind of employees you need!!! Great customer service and a great attitude!

20201205: The Cosmetics Department
Lost once again & looking for the Gillette Razors where I usually get them, I didn't know they had moved and locked them up in cosmetics. The young lady was on the ground stocking, when I asked where the men's shaving supplies were located. She stood and said "their locked up right behind you in the case. She unlocked the case, and took my products to the register. She then asked if I needed anything else because I had to pay for my facial products there. I said yes, could you please tell me where to find Coconut Oil, but not for cooking, I need it more like a lotion form. She said "Come on, and I'll show you what we have... This young lady walked me 3 aisles over and showed me products I never knew about (I bought coconut pills), then walked me over to the lotions for Palmers Coconut Oil. This young lady right here!
Then Christina rung me out.
Fantastic customer service, and her personality made my day!

Both of these associates make a person want to continue shopping at your store! Great Job!

So far everyone helps when you do pick up. They're ways on time and get everything I ask for. They are also super respectful in terms of giving you eggs and bread to put in the back seat.

My only critique is that I guess for weight purposes they have to put items in separate bags because you can buy 10 items have Over 10 bags worth of stuff if bagging was more proper but anyway, great pick up grocery place.

I Love Walmart products, I do a lot of ordering online and have things delivered to my home never had any problems always good and on time

I went to the vision center and I must say I was very pleased with the customer service and friendly nature of the employees and the optometrist Mr. Gellis is now my favorite eye doctor. I had my eye exam and I even picked out my glasses. This is a treat for me because I haven't had glasses since 2007! Yessss. Long overdue I even now have to wear bifocal lenses but guess what I'm 44. I'm just glad I'll have my glasses within a week and they are super cute.

Love the shopping with so many choices the regular walmarts do not have.

I need to take time to say that this was one of my better experiences at any Walmart east of Cleveland. After almost 2 hours of shopping, I was pretty wiped out. Used the self check out and was truly pleased to see that Jada was always available to any of us that needed help. She was friendly and efficient.. the store was clean and stocked well. I’ll take the time to drive out to Vine Street.(about 20 to 30 minute drive.) next time I need a Walmart..

I highly recommend their curbside pickup. It’s cheaper than Giant Eagle’s prices and the curbside is setup on the side of the building instead of in front of the store like Giant Eagle in Willoughby. You can get Walmart prices without the hassle of shopping inside Walmart!
