WyattWorks Plumbing Cleveland

We live in a home built in the 40s. What we thought was a simple plumbing repair ended up being more than we could handle. We called Wyattworks . Jesse is very friendly, knowledgeable and a hard worker. For sure! He pointed out things that we were not aware of with our repair and gave us options and pricing. The job was completed on Jan 24. We now have a new toilet and working sink in the bathroom along with shut off valves. Plumbing issues in the basement have been resolved to meet code. Thank you Jesse and Wyattworks! We have used Wyattworks in the past and their technicians and work have been top notch!

Jean was the plumber who arrived to fix my garbage disposal. He was incredibly nice and friendly and extremely knowledgeable and hardworking. I like how he did a walk through of the house to inspect all the faucets and hot water tank. He assessed any issues he saw and created multiple options to let me select what best fit my needs and budget. After completing the work he walked through with me again to explain everything he did and gave me the opportunity to inspect it to make sure everything worked and there were no leaks anywhere. He answered questions and took the time to explain different elements of the repairs for me. He also answered other questions on appliance maintenance and use and showed me a few other things about the water valves and hot water tank that I did not know. He was very patient and kind and explained everything in detail. I chose this company because I heard about them on the radio (95.5 the fish to be exact) and I liked their ad. And I can say they lived up to and exceeded my expectations. Next time I need a plumber I'm calling them and I hope Jean is the one who shows up! They do what they say they will do and take the time to talk to you and answer questions and they do it right the first time. I could not be more pleased with the results and I have complete peace of mind.

Five Stars! Edward of WyattWorks Plumbing is the most knowledgeable, thorough, informative plumber I’ve ever met. He has earned my trust with his kind patience and follow-through. (He was also kind to the cat.) The whole-house walk through was useful for me in planning future work, and prioritizing the work. The WyattWorks membership is a bargain. I highly recommend WyattWorks and especially Edward for any plumbing-related needs.

We were having some leaking issues under our kitchen sink. I remember the commercials that I heard about Wyatt works. So I called them and they sent out Pete Jahnke. He did a wonderful job and not only fixed our leak but installed some new updated fixtures And a brand new kitchen faucet. He was very professional, very friendly, very timely and did a great job. I think I have found a new company that I will have do my plumbing in the future. I would highly recommend them and I think Pete did a great job.

WyattWorks Plumbing and their technician, Jason Mino, did a great job for us. We were able to quickly schedule the service call at a time that worked for us. We were constantly updated on Jason's ETA. He arrived at the projected time. He was pleasant and professional and got the job done! And at a quite reasonable price, no less. I highly recommend WyattWorks for your plumbing needs.

I used Wyatt Works Plumbing on January 11 & 12 2024. The dispatching unit was very efficient. Communication was constant. My technicians were Jeff and Tim. They were very personable, transparent and knowledgeable. They wrote up three options for me. Of course I chose the one that worked best for me. The job was done and I was pleased. I would recommend this company to anyone.

Dan and Adam were both great guys and gave our family excellent service. They give it to you straight to. It’s not easy finding a company that isn’t just out to suck as much money as possible out of you. They fixed my issue but also told me about maintenance/ repairs I’ll need soon.
Again great guys great company. I won’t ever need to look anywhere else for professional plumbers.

I reached out the night before for a leaking toilet and I had someone over the next morning working on the job. Jean did a thorough review and provided some recommendations for us to choose from. My experience with Wyatt Works was excellent. My hot water heater went and they responded quickly. My technician was David and he went through several options with me. The quality of work was excellent, I would highly recommend them to anybody.

2/25/23 - Edward W. was very professional and a joy to work with. He took the time to explain things and assessed our current plumbing with recommendations. We would definitely have him and Wyatt back for any future plumbing repairs!

Update: 3/22/23 - Edward returned with Mike to replace our in-house water main shut-off valve and faulty pressure valve. They also removed our old, heavy (cracked) concrete wash basin and replaced it with a new resin basin and fixtures. Very happy with the work!

Jean Thermitus gave clear and concise estimates, was thorough, friendly and completed the work professionally and neatly. He explained everything as he proceeded through the repairs which included installing a new kitchen faucet and a ball valve on the main water line coming into the house. For future plumbing needs I will request Jean. Great job!

Had a great experience with Jean Thermitus. This technician was a wealth of knowledge with exceptional customer service. He took time to walk through all the steps that needed to be taken for the job and explained the quote thoroughly. It is a breath of fresh air to have great customer service nowadays! Billy from Wyatt Works did a great job today. On time, very courteous and thorough. He replaced an outside faucet and we added an access door with shut off valve for future peace of mind during the winter. Completely satisfied!

This was my first-time hiring, Wyatt Works. I found them to be highly responsive. Their technology of sending an ETA and bio of the technician (so I know who I’m letting in) was a real bonus! I was given several Estimates to choose from for my water leak problem along with photos. There was no pressure to select the more expensive solution; I found their approach to be highly budget conscious, which I appreciated. Jason Mino was friendly, professional and great to work with. He worked very hard and went the extra mile to restore my water and complete the repairs that were needed as quickly as he could despite several delays from the Cleveland Water Department. His willingness to work over the weekend to get the job done was very much appreciated!

An honest company that focuses on the best way to solve a plumbing problem. Scott took the the time to listen to me describe the issue. He thoroughly tested the sink after snaking it & ultimately recommended a camera. Kevin accomidated our schedule & came out the next day with a camera. He recommended a low cost solution that we hope will manage our back up long term. Overall an excellent experience. Thank you!!

Jesse is in extraordinary plumber who went above and beyond to make sure the job was done right. I'll be sure to have cash to tip him for the next job since I'm not able to leave it through credit card! Once the job was finished he even hooked up my washer which I didn't even ask him to do and he gave me great advice for up and coming projects. I'll be sure to request Jesse for all other projects, and his professionalism and knowledge was very much appreciated! A+ in my book!
