Heinen's Grocery Store

High-end groceries but offers a great selection of products and convenient location. The seafood and produce departments were amazing and fresh. Overall a good experience and the store was impeccably clean and the shelves were stocked and organized.

Helpful, friendly employees. Wonderful fruit and vegetable section. Meat staff fast and efficient.

I go here everyday for lunch and I always get spicy tuna sushi roll. The guys in the sushi area know my order and if it isn't ready by the time I show up they make it for me on the spot. Amazing customer service, this is by far my favorite place to get food everyday. I'll see you guys Monday!!!

This store like the other Heinen's are great, with valued customer service, great produce selection, bakery, meats, seafood, fresh flowers and grocery shopping. Shopping at these stores most of the time are pleasurable comforts

You're going to spend your money in a grocery store anyway, so why not enjoy doing it. Try going to lunch at one you can choose from the fresh salad bar, fresh soup or fresh off the grill😊..... One more good thing is the great cashiers... they do make a difference when you are spending your money. They're always smiling and courteous 😊

If you need ANYTHING, they will find it for you. Unlike other stores, employees take you directly to what you're looking for. EXCELLENT customer service, ALL Heinen's brands are high quality!

Fresh food, best Heinens of all. Deli department and meats looking fresh. Lots of breads and deserts to choose from and more.

Store was very clean and set up nicely. Alot more space between isles then most places. Friendly staff. Excellent place to shop.

If you haven’t been to the Heinen’s in Bainbridge lately, you’re in for a treat. They have updated the look and decor and it feels to me like a high-end specialty food store in NYC, but it’s not. It’s where we frankly buy 90% of our food for the house. Great job Heinen’s! They even installed not self checkout which is great when you’re on the run like I seem to be most the time. And if you haven’t learned yet that this is the place to pick up hot ready to eat soups, you’re now in on a little known secret. The beat soups are at Heinen’s. How the claims stay so tender, I wish I knew. Their clam chowder is better than most of the times I’ve had it in New England, which is where I’m from. Go figure. Thank you for continuing to invest, Heinen’s brothers. Obviously the owners care and it comes through with the employees who are all the absolute best. So happy to be living nearby to be enjoying Heinen’s and the new look.

The Heinen's brothers have taken this family grocery chain to greatness over the years! Always pleased with the selection the courteous and we'll informed staff.

And they do have The Most Beautiful Grocery Store on this Planet on 9th and Euclid in Cleveland!

My wife and I enjoy getting lunch and/ or dinner at Heinen's. It is a nice atmosphere.

Compliments to the sushi chef at this store they are super talented we got this sushi that had hearts on it and it was really good and fresh and delicious and the other sushi I didn't get that day was absolutely beautiful it looked so perfect I was amazed by it!

Clean, large variety of food, and a great beer selection. Picked up a beer I'd been looking for everywhere. Of all the Heinens store this one has the most to offer.

Love this store. Prices are a little bit higher but, the quality of the
food makes it worth it. Their meat is the best. I really like their organic, locally sourced ground beef. It is the only ground beef I buy. Their air chilled chicken is delicious. Produce is fresh and tastes as good as it looks. Their bakery is so good, it is too tempting for me. My son loves the brownies. If you want high quality products, shop at Heinen's. Great customer service too. They have so many ready to eat meals, soups, and salads.

It's always clean, the employees are kind, and the new layout is actually quite nice once I got used to it. The folks behind the meat, fish, prepared foods, and sushi counters are also very knowledgeable and have excellent recommendations.

It's my favorite place to get my groceries. They offer the highest quality of food in every department. Everyone is very friendly and helpful. Their prepared foods are the best..❤

Small selection but good quality goods. Nice fresh produce, good beer and wine selection. The meat dept looks great but never really bought anything there.

This place has the best salad bar of any place I've gone to. Huge selection of items, and they're all fresh. A little bit on the pricey side, for 12 dollars I made a huge salad and it lasted me all day. I'm satisfied 😌

I really like Heinans. It's almost a premium grocery store without being snobby. I think their deli is very good and the produce is above what else is available. The staff is extremely friendly and helpful. If you ask where something is, an employee will go out of his or her way to find find it. Wine selection is very large. However, prices are slightly higher for certain types of items and the store gets a bit crazy on weekends because of its popularity.

This is an easy 5 star to give. Heinens does everything right. Produce is perfect and a wide selection. Stores are always clean. Meat department has great cuts very well sourced. Deli and Bakery are perfect. Even their prepared foods are great. They also have a terrific corporate culture. Employee politeness and enthusiasm run rampant. Consistently great service is topped off with them loading your groceries for you.

Great quality food, but the parking layout and store floor plan are quite frustrating. Love the Bainbridge, Aurora, and Twinsburg locations! The newly renovated Bainbridge location is very nice. A+ experience.
