I want to explain 2 of my answers on the reg. survey.
This store always has some bits of paper and other small debris on the floor, some from the packs of kids who come in after school, some probably from stocking. I suspect there just aren't enough sales people to handle all the restocking and removing of expired items, so the aisles often have containers on the floor in the aisles.
Re: coupons not accepted: I think the self-checkout machine I was using wasn't reading my coupons. They were still good by date, so Jack used his card to get them accepted. . Just an unusual glitch, but I wanted to answer honestly. I always go to this CVS.

We went to get our booster shot here. I felt bad for the pharmacists. There were about a dozen people waiting for prescriptions/booster, and only two people working. They were really nice even though I could tell they were overstressed. Some people in line were getting annoyed, but everyone managed to be polite. It was a rough day. A kid before me got sick from his shot and the pharmacist said he wanted to call 911, but the dad said it was okay. About 20 minutes later, the kid was able to (slowly) walk out. Apparently that happens to about 1% of kids. The shock of something going into their body makes them woozy. You never know what reactions people might have. The people in the pharmacy did everything right. They brought over extra chairs and had the kid recline. It made me a lot more understanding of the line.

The Pharmacist Lori has always been professional, helpful and great to work with. Today, when I was there to receive my Moderna Booster she was beyond helpful and untangled a real mess with my vaccination card. The original vaccination site in Ashtabula caused the problem and Lori stuck with the phone calls out there to get me vaccinated. Highly recommended!

each time i've been here the pharmacy tech's have always been attentive and helpful. today the tech helping took the time to transfer, enter updated insurance information and provide an explanation. the store itself though is really dated with what feels like low ceilings, ridiculously long aisles and dark interior. the pharmacy is even worse. i've seen nicer walmart pharmacies and even those actually get updated. it's odd that for a CVS store serving the majority of this little town that they wouldn't upgrade. they could remove several of the aisles of what seemed like an endless row of junk. for people here though i guess you don't have a choice without driving a little bit out of town. also why no drive thru?

The pharmacy staff is rude, slow, and always acts like I'm an annoyance when I come in for a scrip. That's if they bother to open on time. Just waited 15 minutes for them to open at 10. Gave up at 10:15. Tried to buy something else and the self checkout wouldn't work. Kept telling me someone was on their way to help me, so after 5 minutes of standing there, I gave up. The store manager "had no idea when they'd open up", or who was even supposed to be there. Worst drug store on the planet by miles.

Unfortunately horrific staff and very poorly managed pharmacy. Never has the medication despite the calls saying they do, pharmacist and techs are extremely rude. One hung up on me after waiting for a while because she was "too busy" and there are many, many more issues going on here. Obviously healthcare in this country is at an all time low quality point, absolutely abysmal, however that is not the client's problem. We still have to take meds and getting help without being shouted at or called names would be nice.

The pharmacy at this location is a disgrace. Incompetent, rude, unorganized and unmotivated. One individual in particular is loud, obnoxious, confrontational and abrasive. If customer service is a priority to CVS, then she should be terminated immediately. A pharmacy is a busy place. That is a fact, but it is not an excuse for sub-par performance, acting exasperated, failing to fulfill orders and arguing with customers. The business from the people of the Village pays the salaries of the workers and keeps the store open. It is not our job to conform to how she wants to do things. There are those of us with schedules and commitments of our own that should be respected. When I dropped off my prescription on 12/19/22, I was barked at, not thanked. When asked to declare when I wanted to pick up the prescription, I suggested one hour. When I returned in an hour, she announced it wasn't ready yet. I asked why she had earlier agreed to an hour, and she said they were "slammed." However, there were no other customers around. This was a problem for me, because I was picking up the medicine on my way to catch a flight. When I said I couldn't wait, she acted as though I was out of line. Long story short, this pharmacy and CVS store is going downhill just like many businesses in the Village (Einstein's comes to mind). Unhappy workers who don't like their jobs, who don't care about the needs of customers, who have bad attitudes and feel the paying-customers owe them instead of the other way around. Absolutely pathetic and, just like all the bad behaviors in this day and age, far too easily tolerated.

The lady working there on 4/4/22 in the evening was not nice at all. Very abrupt and rude. The dr called in the prescription at 6:45pm on 4/4. The bainbridge CVS could see it in the system and that the chagrin falls CVS had the order. However the rude woman at CVS in chagrin claimed they did not have it. Went in the next morning and it was still not filled. They stated they just received it this morning (obviously false). The one worker was working the register “and could not fill it while working the register” (his demeanor was friendly at least). The other worker just sat at the desk typing, chiming in here and there with excuses but not doing anything to assist. The gentleman in the line after me - same exact experience. His dr had called in the rx the previous day, they pretended as if they didn’t receive it. Normally I would not complain, things happen and patience is a virtue, however if you have a family member that is suffering do NOT send your rx to chagrin falls CVS in downtown Chagrin. Use the CVS on 306 - much more customer oriented. As I stand here the one worker keeps helping other customers after me instead of filling the prescription.

The worst pharmacy experience! (The store is fine) Every time I go in there they are rude and act like they are doing you a favor, disorganized, untimely - prescriptions are always delayed hours. Do yourself a favor and transfer your prescriptions to the CVS in Bainbridge, it's worth the drive to avoid the frustration!

Worst Customer service I have ever experienced. The “pharmacist” is a snotty teenager that just graduated from college. I have been given several excuses why my prescriptions were not ready and why the insurance is never up to date even though I have given them my card several times. Every time I go to pick up, I have to come back. The pharmacist is a joke! I will be changing to Walgreens. I hope that CVS starts hiring experience pharmacists.
