We have a 3 year old yellow lab who has had some health issues and was suffering from GI disturbances and bad skin issues. We had been using a local vet with our Labradors who had became trigger happy with prescribing serious pharmaceuticals to our dogs. There was little discussion to consider holistic changes or running any tests to understand the true nature of the issue at hand. Not only were we frustrated but found it near impossible to ever get in for an appointment. It felt like our dog’s health was never their priority.

A friend of ours had switched to Dr. Carol who was able to change her dog’s life for the better by simply changing his diet, per Dr. Carol's diagnosis, which got his gut straightened out. We wondered if the same miraculous turnaround would be possible for our lab and decided to give Dr. Carol a call.

Through our time working with her, we have found that Dr. Carol is extremely passionate about the health and wellbeing of all animals which is what makes us really love having her as a vet! We feel so fortunate that we switched to her practice since she has been able to get to the root of all of his health issues and is thriving in every way! Even though our previous vet clinic is only 5 minutes down the street vs. 30 min to Dr. Carol's practice, the attention to detail and the quality of care we receive is well worth it! At the end of the day, I wouldn’t hesitate to refer others to her practice; good luck finding another Dr. Carol—she is one of a kind!

When our beloved dog became suddenly and acutely ill at the end of a seemingly normal day, we called Dr. Carol for help. She took immediate action to find the source of his issues, and despite receiving grim lab results, she established a plan for his recovery. Her level of care, knowledge and kindness are out of this world. Today our dog is trending healthy and happily still with us. We feel this would not have been possible if it were not for her commitment and persistent communication with us during that difficult time. Dr. Carol made us feel like we were never alone during our daily roller coaster journey. Our dog loves to visit her and her team (Shout out to the amazing Samantha!). We feel extremely lucky to have such a talented, caring, and well-renowned veterinarian located near our hometown, but she would be well worth any distance of travel.

In addition to her going above and beyond for us in this case, we’ve also been taking both of our family’s dogs to Dr. Carol over the last several years ranging from routine visits to peculiar cases, and we have all witnessed tremendous improvement to their well being through her direct care and PAAWS supplements. Saving our therapy dog!! We left the ER Oct.16th with a death sentence of very aggressive prostate cancer in our 8year old golden retriever therapy dog! We brought him for an x ray because he wasn’t pooping, he was vomiting and very lethargic. He was having a hard time passing urine and at times was limping when he would stand up; now we know from It was from the swelling and pain in his VERY enlarged prostate. Immediately we reached out to Dr.Carol Osborne and she took Zeke’s reports, did an extensive look at him and then sat together with her board certified experts to set us up with a cancer recovery natural protocol for him. His “few days to live” report has already been extended to now over 8 weeks and going strong, he is walking almost 2 miles’s a day with lots of energy to spare. He is urinating , pooping, eating and playing. Best of all he is working everyday as the best therapy dog for our nonspeaking autistic community. Zeke is a miracle and Dr. Carol is his angel, she has been present for us through this whole scary process, relieving our fears every step of the way. Our entire family thanks God for her daily!

We started seeing Dr. Carol when our Bernedoodle, Fitz, was 6 months old… he had GI issues off and on for about 3 months, and nothing our previous vet recommended was working. After a string of sleepless evenings, taking him out anywhere from 2-3 times a night, we decided to schedule an appointment with Dr. Carol at the recommendation of our dog trainer.

Dr. Carol assessed our puppy as you would a human patient - looking at the problem holistically, such as doing a blood panel work up. She reviewed his previous vaccination records and pinpointed the root cause of his GI sensitivity, addressing the problem and not just the symptoms. We kept in close contact for a month to monitor his intake and output daily, and his issues largely subsided in the first week, something we hadn’t seen success with in months - not to mention, we were sleeping through the night again! She even found an anomaly within his blood work that allowed us to identify a potential issue and remediate ASAP.

3 years later, Fitz is living his best life, and we continue to entrust our furry family member’s well being to Dr. Carol and her lovely team at Chagrin Falls Pet Clinic, who put the animal’s happiness and health at the top of the priority list. Dr. Carol has been fabulous in treating our dog Benny with his skin issues which were initially misdiagnosed by another vet. Her communication style may be direct but I can feel the love she has for animals and her passion for their well-being. There is nobody else in the area who even comes close to her level of expertise and knowledge in integrative veterinary medicine. She is a diamond in the ruff! 🐶

For years my dog Taylor has had digestive issues. We would take her to the vet and they would give her nausea medicine and tell to feed her a bland diet for a couple days. She would feel better for a couple weeks but then it would come back. I took her to see Dr. Carol and it has change her life. Dr. Carol diagnosed her with pancreatitis and started her on supplements to help her with digestion. Over the course of 3 month’s Taylor has become a totally different dog. She has a zest for life that I haven’t seen from her in years. What I appreciate the most from Dr. Carol is that she always follows up on you pets health. At other vets they would treat your dog and never follow up to see how things were going. She wanted to see Taylor every week to make sure she was doing good and adjust the treatment as needed. For the past few months, she has gone above and beyond to help save our dog's life from sudden and mysterious circumstances. Overnight our dog refused to eat and was unable to walk. Dr Carol took immediate action, ordering tests and consulting different specialists. Throughout every test/result, she kept us well informed about available options and possible courses of action. She gave us all the knowledge, tools and resources required to care for our dog in our own home. It's an incredible feeling to say our dog has recovered. He's running around and playing again like the 10-year old puppy he is, all due to Dr Carol.

We are eternally grateful for her guidance and care. She gave us back the love of our life and it means the world to us.

Dr Carol is the absolute BEST vet there is!!! I have a VERY aggressive 7 year old Maltese who was being pushed anxiety medication from his first puppy vet. I researched the meds and found it was a leading cause for leukemia in canines! From there I researched holistic vets and came across Dr Carol. She has given the utmost BEST care to my Maltese, from allergy testing to recommending the proper training needed for his aggression to getting rid of any unnecessary medication and scaling proper dosing due to him being only 10 lb. She has been a God send. She is the ONLY vet I have encountered EVER that calls you back PERSONALLY on the phone, gives advice over the phone, and tells you everything straight up even if it’s not what you want to hear. Don’t listen to the bad reviews, it’s mainly people who are unable to take feedback well or unable to handle a VERY busy yet still personable and truthful doctor!!! We got a second puppy and he was having major gastrointestinal issues, passing blood in which completely frightened us during Labor Day weekend. Dr Carol called us back and talked to us while at home! She is THE MOST caring vet there is and so intelligent, pinpointing root causes as fast as a fox. Also, her supplements work wonders. Our second puppy was eating his own fecal matter but when we started giving him the supplements he stopped! THANK YOU DR CAROL PLEASE DONT EVER RETIRE!!!!

After many, many appointments with different vet clinics across Northeast Ohio, we have finally found our way to Dr. Carol with Chagrin Falls Pet Clinic. My 11 year old German Shepherd has battled a lifetime of severe allergies & arthritis, & we are so fortunate to now work with Dr. Carol on a regimen that suites him well. She has supported & expanded on my request for a holistic approach & has worked very well with this unique case. Max, for the first time in over 6 years, is no longer suffering with severely itchy & flakey skin thanks to her tailored approach & his diet change. I will continue to refer this practice to friends & family looking to heal the illness of their furry family members from the inside-out. My only regret is not seeing her sooner!

Every now and then I meet a medical practitioner who seems to have a gift; they are true healers. It doesn't take long to realize that Dr. Carol is one of these people. She is tuned into animals in ways I can only imagine, but are readily apparent in my critters. I rely on her expertise with my special needs cat as well as my elderly cat. They are always calm and mellow in her presence as well as healthier; both are living their best lives thanks to her.

Dr. Carol is well versed in traditional veterinary medicine and also utilizes a healthy dose of alternative therapies/remedies/supplements and I am grateful for all that she suggests.

Dr Carol has been an amzing vet for us. We brought our german shepherd, Edison in for our initial visit 5 years ago. He was emaciated due to a chronic illness a previous vet did not treat properly. She worked hard, even consulting with experts in the field to make sure Edison was properly treated. Within a year he had gained almost 20 lbs and is a healthy, happy pup.We love him so much and are forever grateful for all of the hard work she has put in. I wouldn't trust taking Edison anywhere else.

After a year and 3 different vets, Dr. Carol cleared my boxer pup of an infection that uprooted our lifes. Dr. Carol was able to diagnose her and clear the infection in just ONE visit. We are clients for life now!

I have been using PAAWS ( Pet Anti Aging Wellness System)for over 23 years. Dr. Carols vitamins are incredibly effective. I first started using PAAWS in 2001 when my female Cocker Spaniel was 7 years old. She and 3 of her friends, that we walked with every morning all started using the vitamins at the same time.
