Good Vibrations Palo Alto

My favorite store for all things fun in the bedroom. A good spread of high quality products at reasonable prices. The staff is always amazing, willing to answer questions and provide their expertise. They've always steered me in the right direction. I would also like to highlight one incredible human, in particular. Sam has helped me when I've come in a few times and they have been nothing short of an angel. They are patient, attentive, kind and knowledgeable. If there's ever anything that they're unsure of, Sam is always willing to look into it further and follow up. I appreciate their passion and beautiful attitude. Hope Sam is being valued and appreciated for the treasure they are.

My long standing favorite brand of lubricant stopped working for me. My doctor recommended a few different brands, but as someone who’s really picky about texture I wanted to go in person in hopes of finding one I like. Sam was a great help and walked me through all the lube options. The store even had some testers so that I could feel each one. Sam spent a lot of time reviewing the pros/cons of each one and then spent even more time helping me find some other items. I left with a bag full of goodies that suited what I was looking for. Typically I order adult items online so that I don’t have to go out of my way to go to a store, but between Sam’s wealth of knowledge and the variety of options/testers at Good vibrations I will definitely be back.

This is such a safe, affirming, and joyful place for gender-nonconforming people like me! My partner and I had so much comfortable fun (and success) looking for things that would suit our queer bodies and relationship. SO thankful for this place! Can’t wait to return. If you’re hesitating — go for it! Count on being welcomed with acceptance and kindness.

Great experience every time, everyone’s very friendly :) my girlfriend and i came in looking for some things, me specifically looking for some packing boxers and it was so much less anxiety inducing to have another trans person show me what items they had in stock despite being a little low on boxers for trans men. She was able to find me a boxer brief that holds my packers amazingly well despite it not being catered for trans men (had to ignore the pic on the box lol, but she even apologized as she understood the dysphoria it may have caused) She was super helpful and very sweet and I hope next time I come in she’s the one to help me out !! either way all their staff is amazing and kind and it’s a cute small shop if you’re looking to pick up some high quality products for you, ur partner, or for both

Have shopped here multiple times and always get great service along with both standard and new innovative toys and products to shop from. Shout-out to Naomi who despite being a recent hire (i think) was kind, knowledgeable, and way helpful.

Being my first time in an adult store, I was obviously nervous. The staff were helpful and friendly, not a shady place at all (not like other places I've seen), and super woman friendly as advertised ☆☆☆ will be coming back
