Outstanding service by V!
We had to go to the AT&T store yesterday to sort out a business account change that a phone rep had made and not explained properly. It took a lot of problem solving and multiple phone calls with AT&T to solve the issue. The store staff person who helped us - a young man named V - could not have been more helpful! We were blown away by his sense of service and tenacity in helping us solve our problems. With employees like V, this store fully deserves the 5 stars!

The store is great. The employees are really well-trained and know how to handle any problem. I have been there various times to purchase phones as well as transferring data from older phones. They work fast and are very patient. I definitely recommend coming here for iPhone service with AT&T. Samantha Sebastian and Vadim are the employees that helped me.

This is by far the best AT&T store I’ve been to. Great staff and super friendly. They are also incredibly helpful and gave me the best deal. Made my 1-1.5 hour stay feel like it was super quick and I left with a big smile on my face.

Hassan and the one and only V did an amazing job helping me get a new phone and transfer my data. They stayed late to help me and the other customers. Best customer service I’ve had in a really long time. Highly recommend visiting this store for the people here and all their patience.

My 86yr old Mom and I had the pleasure and pleasant experience of visiting your Palo Alto location where we were greeted by your friendly associate that goes by the name of "V". He was very knowledgeable and thorough in giving us all the information that we needed to make our decision about what phone would be most conducive for my moms needs. "V", not only handled us, but I observed him and his interactions and his professionalism as other customers entered the store. They ALL had different issues at which he had knowledge and skills to help resolve their problems, as he continued to navigate our purchase to the very end. I most appreciated him keeping us abreast to where we were in getting our old phone transferred and updated as he continued to show and help resolve other incoming customers needs!

The store manager Vadim H. provided wonderful customer service. I had a complex transaction today moving two cell numbers from a diffrent acount into mine. Vadim was super knowledgeable and when the system got stuck, he just called to a customer center and had everything resolved. I had tried to do this same transaction at the other AT&T store in Palo Alto on El Camino Real a couple days ago and had a horrible experience. In the end they just gave up. Thank you Vadim, you kept a customer for AT&T for a long time to come.

Sebastian, Hassen, B are literally the nicest guys ever!! Had to get a new phone on super short notice and they were so helpful, efficient, and friendly! I def recommend coming here. Thanks again guys!

These guys, Hassen in particular, are on point. They know their stuff inside and out. Went above and beyond. Got $700 for my iPhone trade-in (I think the Apple store down the street woulda given $150). They helped me set up the new phone. Can’t say enough good things about this store.

It is one of the best att places I have ever been. Vadim guided us very well even though he was short on staffs. Highly recommended to check this store if you need help with any AT&T products and plans.

Vadim is the best!

We used to be long term AT&T customers but recently switched to Verizon to avail of some promos. Unfortunately Verizon’s service is horrible and we decided to go back to AT&T.

We were in Palo Alto on some other business (we don’t live there) but popped in to try our luck since the store wasn’t too busy at the time. And Vadim is the best thing that happened to us that day. Not only did he set us up with our new service but saved us about 30% on our bill.

If anyone at AT&T is reading this, give this man a raise! He has great customer service skills and is extremely knowledgeable about the products he sells. We watched him help a few others before us and he was professional, had a great sense of humor and was patient in addressing different customer needs.

best AT&T store I’ve ever been to 💪🏽

FANTASTIC SERVICE! The two gentlemen that helped me were super nice and explained, resolved, and saved me money on my family plan. Despite being of a younger generation I don’t know how to work technology very well. They were kind and patient and kept explaining when they saw I wasn’t understanding. Their location is a hidden gem and I couldn’t recommend this location more.

Fantastic experience at the store, with the lady at the counter who quickly helped us get through a SIM related request and also provided more help with handset related info.
Undoubtedly, the BEST experience amongst all of our our many many AT&T store visits.

Great service here when I was dropping off an Internet store return. Would definitely go back if I was signing up for AT&T.

I originally came in to make a small adjustment to my account. I met with Vadim who gave me an incredible offer to upgrade my plan and trade in my old device! I’ve been into many AT&T stores and this one offers the highest level of customer service I’ve experienced! Will definitely be coming back.

Gustavo helped me out last night and his service was outstanding! He was the only one working during a very busy night near closing and he did such a great job holding down the store and making sure everyone’s needs were met. He was very friendly & assisted me in coming to a solution. For his hard work, he definitely deserves to be recognized!!!

Stopped by this store to take care of a few account issues. Ryan Girol helped me out and handled everything above my expectations. He was professional, knowledgeable, and made the experience enjoyable. Couldn’t be happier with the service he gave. AT&T was really represented well by him, keep up the great work there in Palo Alto!
