I have used the CVS Pharmacy at 352 University Avenue for many years. Among the staff I would recommend both SARAH and DAVID. Pharmacists JOANNA and RAY have always been first rate.

Friendly staff. They actually close at 10 PM, and not 11 PM as it says here.

This pharmacy has a good selection of over-the-counter medications and the staff are always happy to help me find what I need. The staff are knowledgeable and always willing to answer my questions about medications. I appreciate the drive-thru option, it's very convenient when I'm in a hurry.

I'm by now means a CVS-regular, but I just went here for some Tums and the cashier was so friendly I had to leave a review. She was an absolute sweetheart who enlightened us to the free mask policy and other little tidbits that led to an overall great experience.

This CVS location is on University Avenue in downtown Palo Alto. The store is in a great location with a. Starbucks 3 doors down. Rear and front entrances for convenience. Easier parking in rear due to a parking lot. The pharmacy staff is very compassionate and accurate. Very impressed with the variety of store items for a semi-smaller store. Store staff is friendly and knowledgeable. I recommend visiting this CVS if near that area and in need of items they sell. Good Day to you...DS***
