Just want to say my thanks to Travis who helped me buying a prepaid esim for my foreing iPhone. What a friendly guy that was, that’s want customer service really means!

I really can’t speak highly enough about this store. I’ve gone in a few times and have always been happy with the quality of the service, but Jordan went above and beyond for me today, saving me some money by helping me get the repair setup for my iWatch. Initially it seemed like I’d have to pay out of pocket for the repair, but after spending ~15 min digging, Jordan found it was still under warranty, AND he setup the phone call to Apple Support in the store (took about 30 min of his time) so that we could setup the repair with them before I left. I 100% believe that his help went above and beyond the normal call of duty. I left the store feeling so grateful.

We went in to this branch around 7:00 pm and we were instantly greeted and helped by Anthony S. he was very friendly and helpful answered all my questions and explained everything to us, he made sure we knew all the perks and benefits to tmobile and was very patient. We connected 5 lines and he stayed late till he made sure we were all set up. Very much recommend if you go into this branch ask for Anthony s you will be well taken care of. Thank you Anthony !!!!

Fast and efficient service. I needed a new SIM card for my phone, and the whole transaction was done in less than five minutes. The staff are knowledgable. Thank you!

Went in on a fact finding mission and came away convinced that I'll be switching over to T-Mobile this month. Both Jordan and John answered all of questions and steered me towards the plan to meet my current and future needs.
