Red Wing - Redwood City, CA

It was fine everyone was helpful I got a boot that fits and will do the job. I should of had them oil or for me when I bought them but I will just do that myself.

The last pair of redwings I owned lasted me 10 years. I thoroughly and 100% stand by these boots for any occasion. This is my first pair of hiking boots every and they where very light and comfortable. I hate wearing boots but these were bearable to where throughout the day. I have not test them in snow yet but plan on it.

Couldn’t have had a better experience. Brad was incredibly knowledgeable and honest. Didn’t push to upsell anything and was genuinely looking out for my best interests. He took the time to explain different methods of sizing for a boot, tried out a couple pairs of boots and he helped me try some insoles out too. Also left with a pair of socks! Brad’s top tier customer service and knowledge of the products has set the bar high for me as far as how a salesman conducts business with a customer. Definitely will be recommending everyone I know to come to this location specifically.

Michael from the Redwood City store was great! He was able to get me the right boots for work. I even exchanged the boots for a wider size the next day without any hassle. If you want professional service come to this location.
