I would like to thank store management for addressing the issue with the work hours! The only one minor request - please consider adding some type of bell or something to the wine cellar room. Every time I want to get some special wine, I need to resolve the quest in finding someone who has a key. One time I was asked to wait couple of hours because they lost the key. I kindly request to optimize this process somehow and make it a bit frendlier for customers who just wanted to get a bottle of special wine :)

I've visited this Safeway four or five times now and the employees are all very friendly and helpful! 👍💜. The selection of prepared foods is very good, however have experienced more than a few expired dates on them.🍝🧆🥘🍜🍱. Super nice floral department with unique items!🌻🏵💐🌹🪴🌺🦋🐞🎃🎈🪅. Very busy most of the time but we'll staffed and minimal wait times!! Glad to see hand wipes and sanitizer as you enter for your hands and carts!!! 👍👍🤧🛒🛒🛒.

I wanted to take the time to give a review to the asian gentleman working the hot food counter on June 28th around 6:30pm, I have been to safeway hot food counter many times before but this time was different because of him, he was so friendly and kind and made me feel valued as a customer, thank you.

One of the 2 Safeway locations that serves San Carlos. They aren't as updated as the Belmont location, but they somehow seem to carry some items that run out at the other location. I do find the fried chicken selection far superior to Belmont. When it comes to their chicken wings, they seem to have the different flavors available. As always, $5 Fridays are the best!

If the cost of living wasn't so high, I would make this my one stop shop! Always clean always well stocked always has exactly what I need in a safe central location day or even late night.
I do advise to watch out for the crazies that lurk and possibly loiter in the parking lot stay out side. I have not had any issues but my elderly mother did with an aggressive pan handler in a wheelchair who would not take no for an answer.. problems are non existent once inside other than the occasional rude or problematic dodger fan the rest of the shopers are well behaved.

I am usually very quite and go in and out not wasting time but waiting in line for an other cashier one does get overly talkative sometimes. this is to be expected with such a large store. I discovered one bad apple in the bunch! I won't point fingers and cause a McCarthism scare because I always compliment them in regards to how satisfied i am with the store. This staff member still remains strong to there southern California roots with there support of the dodgers.

The shop has everything that you need. The breads are wonderful. A lot of different brands of frozen food .

There's a Starbucks here! With a very sweet Asian woman. Despite the humble size she makes the best drinks and provides wonderful guest service. I prefer going here than the other Starbucks in RWC! 👍

Safeway pharmacy it's great place to pick up your medication the staff there inside the whole Safeway department store excellent I give him five ⭐s out of five

Store was very good. Had a wide variety of "Amy's " brand products that can be compared to a modest library. Also enjoyed shopping for silk brand products as I am vegetarian. Safeway has a lot of vegetarian foods, you just need to know where to look.
