Grocery Outlet

This is the cleanest I have ever seen a grocery outlet. Compared to other ones like in San Jose CA. I used to only think of grocery outlet as a place to grab something quick but after coming to this one I will be utilizing it as one of the main places I get itmes I need to cook with. They even have a really nice selection of flowers outside. They also have a taco truck and a pupossasa truck right out front. I didnt try them yet but they look appealing.

Excellent bargains. If you on a budget this is the place to shop for groceries. Very clean, nice employees.

Decided to drop by since we had time before meeting our host for dinner nearby on the last Thursday of January. Wow, we went crazy over the amount of stuff we found that couldn't be found back home. We overran our time with a little grocery shopping.

A store that the prices are lower than your regular store you would shop at and the place is very clean and staff very nice and helpful to you and they even have security working in the store very nice you feel good shopping there.

I go here every time I visit redwood city. Best price on beef and cheese. Lines can be long.

They have a lot more items to choose from. Still a good bargain!

Security is a joke with their su glasses on so u Profesional other than that no complaints

Their prices was really good. Well organized and their staff were very helpful and friendly.

Grocery outlet is my favorite #1 grocery shopping store ever I was there again tonight for the wine sale, while I was in line waiting to pay a hispanic man started verbally harassing me and making comments that was completely inappropriate, the female checker overheard the comments and immediately took action she realize how inappropriate he was and immediately called one of the guards to step in it. Not that I could not handle the situation on my own after all I was buyin a whole case of wine😂😂😂but I was just really thankful that the checker was very intuitive and stepped in.

Edited my review. I've been shopping here a lot lately. Phenomenal deals here. Don't know how they do it. Got a bottle of Pinot for 5 bucks that tasted like a 15 dollar bottle. Had a couple of expired items before, but still rarely. Just like at other stores probably. Do your diligence. Inventory changes a lot. It seems like they get a lot of new, high quality items at promotional prices. You may not find the same things every time.

You will get a great deal everytime,hopefully you'll like the product. Average produce department. Very small seafood section...but check this first:50% off on "sell by date"(applies to day before due). Although small, high quality seafood *cuts of salmon,fresh shrimp..returns accepted usually need receipt & most staff give off "not happy about it" attitude about securing your return.surprisingly,all milk & half&half is 1.00$ cheaper..at Smart & Final, right down the street..
This store is worth the trip, you won't cover all your grocery needs but you will save substantially on your basics..

This store has many items to choose from at amazing prices. Definitely worth a stop by.

Great variety at reasonable price

They offer a great price for a great selection of food. I don't know what happened I blame the stress of the holidays or maybe the cashier had some relatives in town that bothered him but when this dude asked me about the senior discount I was shocked! ( I am 43 years old)

It's not the miss judging of my age. Maybe at my old age with my memory going I forgot he already gave me the discount! Or maybe it's my need to be right at about everything and be a Karen to this dude! my need to return back to the retirement community before supper I have to complain somewhere that I was not given the senior discount!

It's ok Grocery outlet we are going to let this one go and still recommend you as the best place to buy groceries in redwood city.

Love this place for awesome wine deals. I have purchased bottles of wine that cost 3 times more at Bevmo, etc. I always check prices and reviews before buying.

That said, I made the mistake of buying a case of $60 a bottle wine for $20 each based on price and reviews. Got home, opened a bottle for dinner and I didn't like it. Now I have a case of wine I don't like. Will save for gifts and dinner parties.

Next time, I will buy 1 bottle and if I like it, I'll go back immediately and buy more. If you wait, there might not be more. They also sell beer and other beverages and I've noticed their food and produce is expanding every time I go. They even carry vegan flours, seeds, and powders conveniently in one area. Worth checking out.

What's interesting about this place is that since its inventory changes often, visiting is like a treasure hunt which makes it a pleasure to visit! Oh, and the prices are great!
